Camino Real Mexican Restaurant

Was told that this was an above average Mexican restaurant, decided to take myself and my girlfriend for dinner. We get sat, waitress took 10, minutes to order our drinks (the place is quarter full), then she takes another 15 to take our orders. My girlfriend ordered the quesdilla Camino, which we thought was fine, until we get our food and it’s DRENCHED in sour cream, which they don’t tell you on the menu. I order the southwest burrito which comes topped with queso, steak, onions, etc. Well I get my food and it’s STUFFED with steak and nothing else, felt tasteless and slopped together. As I write this review im going on nearly 30 minutes of our waitress not visiting our table, will not return.

At least the chips are good

Never had a bad experience until tonight. Had a young girl waitress that took 10 minutes to even acknowledge us. Luckily another waitress asked if we had been taking care of. Chips were old and our waitress got my wife’s food wrong twice. Didn’t send it back the second time because she would have probably got it wrong again. I’ve always said this is the best Mexican restaurant in the area but I will think twice about coming back.

I try to go after work when i get off at 9/9:30 and there website says they close 10/10:30 and when i wall over they have like a stuck up attitude and say they are closing... Like if your closing at a different time then you need to fix your website

Food was good but the employees weren't the happiest

Loved this place. We needed an outdoor patio that is covered due to having a dog with us and it was raining. Patio is beautiful it’s lit up with colorful lights and it’s well ventilated and spacious. We got a table for 7 out there. Service was fast and food was hot fresh and had great flavor. I got the steak fries and they were full of flavor 10/10.

I recommend this spot.

Enrique was absolutely amazing. He gave us menu suggestions, was very attentive to our needs, checked on us constantly, gave us updates on our food status, and was just overall wonderful.
