Delicious food! We got traditional and boneless wings, fish and chips and Mac and cheese as well as loaded tots. The tots were amazing and crispy. The wings were big, well cooked and evenly sauceed. Fish and chips were bomb! The Mac and cheese was not very good. Wouldn't recommend trying it. The place was busy the night we went so we did wait a while for the server to return with drink refills and the check. Small things like that. But otherwise definitely worth checking out! I didn't think the price was too bad either. Roughly $80 for 4 people. No alcoholic drinks ordered

Most of the time my experience has been awesome! The wait staff, bartenders and kitchen, but today it was no good! It was very obvious that boyfriend, family and friend took priority over any local customer! Took a while to get our drinks, they were good, our food was no where what we have become accustomed to here, our order was very late with less than a total of 10 people in the whole restaurant! Our order was NOT correct, and when I said something about it the reply from the bartender was “ but it’s okay!, no it wasn’t! Took over 7 minutes ( sitting at the bar) to get our bill. Strike one!

Cuban was not great, pulled pork had almost gritty seasoning and drowning in jus, ham was a sorry slice of deli meat and it neededmore cheese and a press ... wings were ok service was good

We go to Coastal Wings at least once each time we go to Topsail Island. We love the food and service. The food is always topnotch and the service is great.

Been going to this place for a while. Food never disappoints but ordered a To-Go order AND was charged for it — given a pickup time. When I got there was told very rudely that my order was rejected?? I was so confused and she proceeded to tell me when they get too busy they don’t take togo orders — which is totally fine but turn off your online ordering if you don’t want the orders. I tried to order to-go once I got there and it was gonna be another 35-40 minutes. I’ve worked in restaurants being busy sucks but this is a horrible system.

The Smoked Wings were absolutely AMAZING, Staff is great and atmosphere is also very good, if you want some great sides go for the Brussel sprouts, Collard greens and Cheese Curds If you are in the area and hungry definitely try out Coastal Wings. Surf City,NC
