The food was great but service could’ve been better. When we arrived we were standing at the podium for about 5 minutes while the wait staff was standing in the back talking without noticing we were there. The waitress was friendly but didn’t seem to like answering questions about the menu. Seemed as if we should’ve known but that will not deter us from going back.
We went there with 6 adults, 2 kids, and 2 dogs, having read their patio was dog friendly, which it was. The food was great and the service was just as good. Our group ordered a variety of main dishes and everyone was happy (how can that happen! ). The next time we're in the area, we will certainly go there again.
My husband and I ate an early dinner at Cowfin Thursday afternoon. I hate that we can't remember our waitresses name, but she was very friendly, honest and attentive. My husband had the fried shrimp, flounder and oysters and he chose slaw and fries for his 2 sides... it came with hushpuppies,also.
