It takes so long to get a sandwich order here because no one will bring the bags to the pickup counter. Watched my food sit there for 10 minutes before someone finally brought it to the pickup counter. Now the food is barely warm. It’s funny to me how these fast food restaurants rely on young people to run them without proper leadership. They don’t care though because tourists will come no matter what.

I stopped going to this location because they seriously do not know how to make a coffee. I wanted one this afternoon and didn’t feel like driving to Hampstead (which is the one I usually go to) and ordered a shaken expresso. Same thing I always get so I know how it’s suppose to look and taste. The first one is the one they give me. Literally looks and taste like a latte. I went back inside to have it remade, which is the second one in the pic. It’s obvious how different they are. Still wasn’t that great but definitely a lot better. I’m just going to have to face the fact that I cannot go to this location because it’s that terrible.

Workers are very dismissive and rude when you first pull up on b the drive thru. The only wait is incredibly long even when there are very few cars. Owner is always a pleasure to be around, but the employees are not.

Waited so long 5 people that ordered after is including through the drive thru got their food before we did. When we did my food was cold while my wife's food was hot and one of her items was made wrong
This is a clean store with a great staff. Their coffee has always been consistent in the morning, even if the lines are long. The other morning Bella made my coffee and was very friendly and professional. The store is always clean both inside and out. Highly recommend this Dunkin' Donuts.

Sat in the drive thru line for over 10 minutes for just a mobile order with only 2 cars in front of me (at first it was 3 but one drove off). A bunch of people had joined the line after me during this and about 5 of the cars drove off as well. I wasn’t in a rush so I didn’t mind but it was a bit crazy. Even when I drove around the front the inside wasn’t busy so I just don’t know what was going on. The girl at the window was very sweet and did apologize for the wait which made it a bit better.
