I went through the drive thru while it was raining. I understand it's hard to hear people through the mic when it's raining. I was told to hold for my order and when the lady started taking my order another woman rudley came on the mic and said " It's only two of us so if your gonna come up here and order a bunch of food it will be a while". I was ordering two things. I get it that your short staffed but you could have been nicer.

The staff here was very pleasant even though there was a woman screaming at them at the drive through window about wait times. It was during a busy morning rush, there were only three people working that I could see. I’d walked in to pick up a mobile order, yes I had to wait; but at that time of the day I expect to so I was not upset. This was my third stop at this particular Dunkin and I’ve never had any issues. My coffee was made correctly, everything was done as quickly as the rush would allow. The ladies there still went above and beyond, and I hope they know it’s appreciated.
Worker was vaping literally on the food, bacon was black, trash in the middle of the ground. The place was kind of disgusting honestly.

Lady was vaping right at the window. Lady blew smoke right into the donuts. Bacon was incredibly burnt. The place was a mess and I'm disgusted with the vaping infront of all the food

I really enjoy this dunkin!! It's WAY better than hampstead!! The employees are super nice and they always make the BEST drinks!! My favorite dunkin closest to home! Honestly, the only thing that makes this place stink is the entitled customers that I've seen! I appreciate ya'll working so hard and for always bringing a smile to my face!!! Ya'll rock!!
I truly cannot help but be impressed that a coffee can be both burnt and watered down all at once. Like fr bro you really used the avatar state to put the full force of the elements in my cup. You know when someone says omg haha what if that was my 13th reason ?? Yeah. It's me, I'm bi tches. People are dope though ??
I’m not sure why this store doesn’t make coffee drinks the way other stores do. I never receive toppings on my drinks here like another location 10 miles down the road when ordering the same thing. I started taking the longer route to a different location to get better service.
