Five stars because it hit the spot! Exactly what I was looking for on a Friday evening. Jacqueline of all trades, Kelly took care of me. She was behind the bar, taking my order, getting my food, checking with the cook, making sure I was okay! Awesome job. I was really hoping to find a nice fried platter of seafood not too far off the beaten path from Surf City and Hula's was it! Busy this evening because of March Madness (I guess - maybe it's always this busy). 20 or 30 folks there enjoying one another's company, along with the drinks and food. Don't come expecting anything newly renovated, but it was perfect for what I was looking for on a cool Friday night in March. I'm going tomorrow to try their burger - I hear that's great, as well!

The burgers here are absolutely fantastic and have a good taste and texture, if you haven't tried it a few times you are truly missing out and the fried pickles are seasoned to perfection and dipping it in the ranch with it was absolutely perfect, most definitely will be back in the upcoming future vacations DON'T LET THIS PLACE FOOL YOU IT IS AN ABSOLUTELY GREAT PLACE TO EAT EVEN IF YOU DON'T DRINK....

This is the best local hangout on the island! Not only are the burgers the best, but the fried shrimp, chicken wings and spaghetti are the best!

We met the owner in the parking lot and he convinced us to come in and get some food. I said I wanted a burger and beer and he got it done right! The burger isn't anything crazy but it tastes wonderful. The only downsides are the decor being old and what not and the fries need some seasoning. Good place overall though. Would recommend.Kid-friendliness: The owner and staff were very nice about us having our 3 boys there!

this is the best food you'll have on the island. Hula's is a staple in our weekend routine. whether it's the hula burger (best on the island) or the seafood trays. On top of that, David is always there to meet you with a smile and kind words. this place is a gem.

This bar was okay. It's definitely showing its age, it's definitely unwelcoming to outlanders and non locals like myself. Drinks are fairly priced, they have a DJ and some other outdoor games and activities. Definite example of a dive bar.

Best Cheeseburger we've found on the island!! Fried Pickles are a must try as well. A great spot to hang, play some pool, or watch a game. The staff and the owner are so kind. Great food, awesome atmosphere!
