We had never tried Max's Pizza until today. We arrived about 1145am, we were greeted immediately, seated at a booth as we requested, and we met Jessica our amazing waitress. Kind, courteous, and quick ! We ordered our drinks, and garlic cheese bread as a starter. It was 10/10 hot, fresh and delicious ! We’ve been here before and usually have had a good experience. We didn’t have a bad experience today but our server Reese did mess up what we originally ordered. I had ordered an Italian sub and asked for a small; hubby got a large. Hubby got his large sub and I too received a large. I didn’t wanna make a fuss and return it. I have had this place 3 times now the last 1 1/2 a month. I have never got this bad of a pizza. Paid $17 for a large pizza for it to look like this and taste bad. If I didn’t live 30 mins away I would have went back. This is unacceptable
