I just started delivering food this week, and have been here probably 6 times to pick up food and it’s never ready! Picked up an order yesterday, and I bet there were 8-10 people working, and still waited almost 10 minutes on my order for delivery!

Real busy, waited too long for unsalted over cooked hard fries, and being busy they gave my kid a 4 piece nugget instead of a 6 piece that we ordered.

I am a delivery person and also a patreon of this particular establishment. During the day, it seems fine. Their doors say closes at 11 for both inside and outside. When I'm doing deliveries in the area and pick up a order. The inside will be closed after 9. My personal experience as well as others who do delivery services say their orders are always messed up. I also have encountered where they say they've received no orders. My first experience was i got there a couple of minutes after 11, but that's my bad, because I wasn't aware the location closes at 11. On 4/21 worker was absolutely rude with their tone of voice and many other times I've experienced that. I get nobody wants to be at work and it's after 9, but it's been more than 1 employee. Other locations with the same times of open and close are still open at the appropriate times and the Employees are actually nice. I believe it could be management issue at this particular location. As of yesterday, I'm no longer a patron of this particular location and I'm no longer picking up deliveries at the location.
Nobody is perfect. We all have bad days I get it!! But when it's most of your employees there's definitely an issue that the district manager needs to address and fix the issue. The location is great! The establishment is clean inside and out. It's just the closing when they feel like it and the tones of the voices.

Worst customer service. I pulled into the drive thru at 10:56 am. I was not aware of what time breakfast and lunch menus changed as they’re different at different restaurants. I asked “do you have kids meals yet” and the reply I got was “we start lunch at 11:00 - ish it 11:00 yet”. I proceeded with my explanation that I was not aware what time they began lunch but that the smart ass comment was not necessary or needed. It was very poor customer service - a simple, no ma’am, we begin at 11:00 would have went over so much better. I tried called the local several times to speak to a manager and the line was busy every time. Do better!
One of the crummiest establishments I’ve ever had the misfortune of entering. I ordered a singular biscuit with hash browns. I waited 45 minutes and my food never came. I inquired about the status of my food multiple times and the staff had no idea what was going on. I left foodless, hungry, and sad. This McDonald’s is not fast food, not slow food, but no food. Do not go.

Another terrible visit today. Waited for 15 minutes for cold food. Packed our food to go even though we said for here. Forgot one of our items. People behind the counter act rude when you bring your receipt and tell them they forgot something and act like you're an inconvenience to them when you have to go back up there because of their mistake.

This is the worst McDonald's in the area. I recommend going to Hampstead if at all possible. The people are the best part here. The help can be great but management is quiet rude. They know they are on the way to the island and don't need to treat people well, even locals. I have been here close to 20 time this last year and usually because it is my only option. About 15 of these time the order is wrong, and about as often they use my coupon from the app then says cannot use it is I have to get no app points or discount for another 16 minutes. I think they do this intentionally. If you get what you order, the food usually good, but it is rare to get an accurate order here.
