I just had the brisket special tonight for dinner. It was the best brisket I’ve ever had. The staff was very friendly and the wait time was minimal. Great job! Can’t wait to visit again soon.

Stopped by on a Saturday, amazing place & decent prices! Make sure to ask about or use the sauces!! The one I used perfectly completed my shrimp po boy!! I dropped a star because 1) A food server was unexpectedly rude to us, our main waitress was kind, attentive and patient with our party of 10, so it was a bit of a shock. 2) They didn't serve alcohol, they are Christian establishment, very admirable though. 3) Wouldn't accommodate a shrimp & catfish po boy, in hindsight I should've just ordered cat fish on the side🤪 Overall I would still highly recommend!

I don’t write many reviews, but I thought the food was amazing!! The hushpuppies were the best I’ve ever had!!

This was our first time visiting Surf City Barbeque, The server was awesome and she was very informative! The food was delicious!

Disappointed. Everything was bland, including the hush puppies. Fried clams were rubbery! Ordered shrimp to replace them. That, too was bland.

We stopped by Surf City Barbecue and were really impressed! The food was delicious, and the portion sizes were generous — we ordered the small snack seafood plate and it was more than enough. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked just right.

The atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and helpful. You can tell they care about the quality of their food and making sure guests have a great experience.

Definitely a spot worth checking out if you're in the area and craving some good Southern seafood and BBQ!

We used Surf City Barbeque for catering a family reunion. The ordering process was super simple, the person who took the order was very friendly and very helpful. The food we picked up was extremely good. The hot stuff was hot, the cold stuff was cold. Their slaw is very tasty. They're chicken applewood smoked was incredible and their barbecue is really good. Highly recommend!! If you have not tried them you are missing a gem. 🥳
