Came to visit with a group.Not my first visit and this was during an off season.Week stay.Mostly small bars restaurants closed.The restaurant we visited was ok.I guess they were about to close.The owner came out an apologize for the service.The waitress spilled out drinks, said wait time was 15 minutes but was reall closer to 40 minutes. Said they ran out of chicken wings but recovered by cooking us wings..No pictures of the food.The beach rental had to be cleaned when we checked in at four. Everynight there is pump alarm keeps going offf out side my window. Sounds like a phone alarm just constant Beach house on Scotch Bonnet cir..other beach was beautiful

Great food, amazing service we had to go twice during our trip and we will definitely be back! They are also pet friendly. we had one drink that was little water down but the owner ( I think) fixed it because their waitress seemed a little confused when I asked but he fixed our drink with no hesitation and he was extremely welcoming and friendly! Their staff were nice and quick. They also have a really good strawberry mojito! We did get drinks so it was kinda pricey per person with drinks

If I could give 10 stars I would. The food and drinks were great. And the best part was how kind and accommodating they were for one of our children who has auditory processing challenges and can be overwhelmed by loud sounds. With one simple request from us they turned the house music way down so we could stay. Very, very kind of them! And the manager came over to make sure we were OK. I hope they were able to turn the music up after we left and have a fantastic time, but they were so kind to accommodate us while we were there.

We loved going here last summer. It was one of our go to's BUT, it is not the same. It just was such a disappointment and will not return. Where did last summers menu go?? This place always had great fresh seafood bowls and they are gone. The rice they pile up in the bowl is not good and does not compliment the protein. Nothing fresh..and OMG, the drinks this summer. So small and pricey. Not good. We paid well over $100 for three adult entrees, one appetizer and three drinks. We would not have an issue paying that for what we ate there last summer so many times. Not now. Never going back. I would not recommend this place. Huge disappointment. We asked and were told it's under new management. Bring back the previous. It was a gem last summer! And the live entertainment for a Friday night..not a Wednesday or what not, should be better. And it was too loud. Waitress couldn't even hear when placing orders and vice versa. Just stay away.

Just a heads up, be careful when paying your check! We had gratuity already added to our check, and when we paid with the machine at the table, the waitress showed us a screen to add more tips! Also, on another occasion, she didn’t bring me the itemized check.
Food is average at best. I’d recommend going to Sears Landing instead!
I’ve been to Surf City Line a handful of times, and it’s quickly become one of my favorite spots in Surf City. My husband and I always start with the grouper bites — they’re cooked perfectly every time, and the dip just takes them to the next level of deliciousness.
We’ve always been treated with kindness here, but my most recent visit on 8/8 for my birthday really stood out. The bartender on shift that night was so sweet, funny, and had such a great attitude. She made killer drinks for my husband and me and truly added to the celebration.
The vibes here are always chill and enjoyable, and the staff just make the experience even better. Whether you’re celebrating something special or just looking for a relaxing, friendly spot to enjoy great food and drinks, Surf City Line is a must-visit.

I've been in this restaurant in the last couple of months and for starters, I never go here for food, but I love the drinks they make. If you were hungry, I suggest eating before you come to this restaurant.
That being said, I ran into their new bartender, and she exceeded all of my expectations of friendly customer service, Knowledge of well-made, mixed drinks and a good attitude. my first thought was, when did they get a master mixologist?
I hope to see more changes in the future, because I love going to this restaurant, hopefully they can fix their kitchen, so I don't have to spend my money anywhere else.

When the owner asked how our food was, our vocal 4yr old said the fries had too much seasoning and made her cough 😂. A few minutes later we see him come back and they made her new fries without us asking and she was so thankful. Great service and food. Great people. 5 stars from Michigan!

I had the shrimp rice bowl and my husband had shrimp tacos. Both were tasty. The rice was a bit greasy or fatty for my taste. Drinks were great. I had the Jalapeño Margarita and my husband had the Bees Knees. Both were made with fresh ingredients and NOT fake flavors and syrups. Service was great and we had a great spot to sit outside with good beach music. I'd go back for sure.
