Surfbreak Nutrition

I’ve been coming to Surfbreak since they opened in 2021, and it’s been my favorite nutrition shop in the area since then! The owner is so kind and educated on product ingredients, and they can custom make anything you want. They also give great recommendations for shakes and teas if you prefer sour or sweet.

This place is steps from the beach and is so cute inside! There are also lots of options for kids without caffeine, and anyone can find something they love on the menu because it has a HUGE variety!

Boba is so fricken nasty oml. The tapioca is hard, cold and crumbly (I don’t even know how they managed to make it like that), and I ordered the peach boba and it tasted like cough medicine. Maybe there’s a reason why all the locals didn’t choose boba but got smoothies and milkshakes!

Delicious smoothies and protein coffee. Cute display of jewelry and other accessories. Plus the staff was incredibly nice. My son spilled his smoothie while I was waiting for mine. My husband and I cleaned it up, but the staff was so sweet and understanding and patient. 100% would come here again.

In town visiting for the week stopped in to surf break nutrition after a morning run and was very impressed with the entire experience. From the greeting I got when I walked in the door to the vendor items she had for sale and the incredible shake. I’m sitting here drinking right now I will make sure I stop back at surfbreak nutrition every time I’m here in surf city!!

The new owner is amazing and so helpful! Came in here with my baby, she greeted us and was wonderful giving me the nutrition info to assist with my diet. Love the brownie protein shake with coffee! You were great!
