Excellent! Easy to find, lots of ice cream flavors with big scoops, clean, pleasant, inviting atmosphere, great for kids, good prices on clothing items, and Val was amazing. She was friendly, enthusiastic, and kind while being efficient and multi-tasking. Will absolutely be returning!

Excellent spot! I was really impressed with the location, atmosphere and vast selection of options. The staff couldn’t have been more kind, attentive and helpful! We had 3 kids with us and they treated each of them like they were their own younger siblings - super good experience! Ice cream was delicious, plenty of seating and a REALLY cool vibe. We’ll be back next time we visit Topsail!

I am generally not one for extremes. However. This one genuinely the worst ice cream I’ve ever had. I had a vanilla scoop in a waffle cone. There was more flavor in the waffle cone than the ice cream. Too bad though, the waffle cone was stale and absolutely disgusting. Again, not one for extremes, but this was horrendous.
The Signature milk shakes were a joke. More like flavored milk. The attitudes of the two employees were beyond unacceptable. When my daughter and her husband placed their order The two of the employees exchanged looks for conptemt that they had to make what they wanted. Then while my wife was waiting for pretty simple milk shake they decided to take two other orders and complete the orders before hers and of course she had placed it before thiers. One of the employees even had the nerve to ask what she was waiting on, because he had obviously forgotten what she ordered. If I could I would give them negative stars.

This is an adorable shop! Hershey’s ice cream & milkshakes, plus lemon aide in enough yummy ALICIOUS flavors to satisfy the whole crowd! Plus each person a souvenir! I was pleasantly surprised by the experience as a whole, prompt courteous employees! Will DEFINITELY BE BACK!
