One of my favorite shops in the area. I have visited a few of these nutrition shops since stumbling across this one.They have a great drink variety and shake variety. Staff is great. Very upbeat! Cost is in comparison with other shops. If you are complaining that $11 is a bit much for a meal replacement shake.... well, all I can say is you can go to any fast food restaurant and pay way more than $11 for a meal that's not the least bit healthy. These shakes are amazing! My fave shakes ... Dirt Cake and Carolina Puddin'. My fave teas... Blue Hawaiian and Surf Shack.

The staff is friendly but one protein shake is $11. They have a really good list of different creative flavors but all it tastes like is just straight protein powder with non of the flavors listed that you paid for. In my opinion just grab a protein shake from the grocery store for half the price, it tastes the same.

Great shakes that are nutritious as well.

Yummy y'all!! Very cute place. The new fall menu is delish. Tried the pumpkin spice latte, which is more like a frappe, and the pumpkin caramel shake.

Wanted to try this place for a while and was not disappointed. The tea I got was the best tea I’ve ever had! Staff was friendly as well. Will come back!

Friendly staff. Great option for a healthy meal. And products on hand for your home needs. The healthy baked goods are awesome.

Staff is very unprofessional and you need to do your research on Herbalife which is a MLM Pyramid scheme!!!! Ingredients cause liver damage! Research it! And the majority of these reviews are fake or pushed by the owner, all just in an effort to get the ratings up. It’s obvious by looking at how many are posted in such a short timeframe. It’s all a sort of cult from beginning to end.Update: Owner should just throw in the towel. Hardly any staff, no floors, baseboards or blenders. Ripping off staff to make ends meet. Completely disgusting!

This place is just a front for the multi-level marketing company HerbaLife. You can even “join their team” Make sure you research their products before getting a drink here. When my niece told me she got a job at one of those little boutique drink shops, I had a feeling it was one of these HerbaLife fronts like the ones getting run out of my town (Columbia, SC) left and right.Do not waste your money!!!

The best place in Swansboro. I love the shakes and teas. Customer service is amazing. My kids even get excited to go.

By far the BEST nutritional, meal replaced shake I have ever had! I am truly obsessed with the shakes and Mega Teas! The flavors are fantastic and my 16 month old loves to steal the shakes too! You can get a “kid” size shakes as well! I love the environment as soon as you walk into the club, and when you leave you know you were taken well care of! I’m a every morning coffee drinking and if I go in to get a Mega Tea I feel so energized that I don’t need my coffee after like I thought I would. This type of meal replacement is not only the best I ever had but I love how they break down the shakes, mega teas, and protein coffees by all their macros so you truly know what’s inside…do other nutrition shake shops do that…well none that I have been to lol! If you are local you NEED to go check them out especially if you are on a weight loss journey!

Love the environment and the owners are always so friendly. They make you feel right at home upon entry. Their drinks as well as shakes are amazing and I love the fact that they have something for everyone. Guilt free pleasures.

This is the place I go when I’m wanting to set my day up for success! I love every tea flavor I’ve tried so far. The mornings I get a chance to grab one legit make me feel hyped for the day. “I got my tea today, I got this!!” Oh and the ladies in there are sooo sweet!
