I had not been to a Hardee's in YEARS. I was NOT disappointed. Great service
Food was fresh and hot.
Exactly what I was craving for A REAL Cheeseburger. Fries were amazing too.

I would give zero stars if I could. Placed an online order for future pick up. Went through drive thru and employee at the window had an attitude and very unfriendly. I checked my order and my double cheeseburger did not have a bun. Are you kidding me?? So I went inside and the 3 employees thought it was funny. No apology just more of the terrible attitudes X3. Not a sole in the place and I can see why. It's a shame since I enjoy Hardee's food. Owner, I suggest you do something soon. Stay away!!! I certainly will

Doors always locked, drive through only open. COVID is over. Poor management.
Took my grandkids and we were the only ones there and drive thru was slow. Food took a while to be served but overall, no problems. I would probably go again.

The greetings are non-existent at this place.
The black tall military looking girl does not know how to smile or make you feel like you are welcomed here. It's every time I go here.

Had an online order to be picked up at 5:54 got to Hardee's right at 6:00 could not go inside Because the door was locked had to go through drive-thru set it drive-thru window for 5 minutes waiting for them to find my order they finally found it it was beside the cash register on the counter the whole time needless to say it was almost 6:30 by then the french fries was called the apple pie was on the very bottom of the bag and the two burgers were very very cold could not eat them try to talk with someone about it the next day nothing would not go to that Hardee's again I throwed my money along with the food in the trash
Waited 15 min in drive through for a chicken sandwich to only get a raw chicken sandwich and no one seemed to care and it was a inconvenience to refund the money because we did not have time to wait another 15 min . Place is terrible refunded the one sandwich . Needs good management

I work in the Cedar Point area and my crew and I stopped in to eat around 2 pm. There was a makeshift sign on the door that said they didn't have staff to open the dining room. Several times I have been to the store with my crews to eat and the dining room is always closed. You are not going to tell me that you can't schedule people for the dining room to be open. We looked through the windows and the employees were just sitting around the dining room laughing, pointing and joking around. There was one even in their dancing. I have about 15 men daily that try to eat there but enough is enough. I guess that Hardee's don't care about the customer business. I guess at this point, I will advise my crews to go across the street to McDonalds. They are always busy but at the same time, they are always open.

The fast food here is one of the best on this end of island. But the Dining Room is Closed 90% of the time in the morning and every day after 2pm. No other restaurant I know of is still having these issues 4 years after Covid breakout. There has to be an underlying issue of why this continues.
Food is good.

Even while they were so short staffed that they had to close the lobby the food was great and fast. Most surprisingly though was the amazing customer service. Going above and beyond what was called of them. My son spilled his drink while we were waiting on our food and before I could even ask about a replacement, the young girl who brought our food out offered to make him a new one free of charge and even threw the old cup and napkins used to clean the mess up. I can’t praise them enough on such a great job in what was surely a stressful shift. I regret I didn’t catch their names but they were working the late shift on 06/30/2024 around 6:50 P.M. We need more customer service employees like these guys in this world! I hope upper management sees this review because they surely deserve credit for their hard work, dedication, and amazing service!

Don’t go here! Absolutely, terrible service! Rude, lazy employees with attitudes. One little kid employee with red hair deliberately brought back the same cup of Diet Coke when I had asked for the correct regular coke. He either thought it was funny or was too lazy to fill another. Never going here again!

9:10 pm - stopped to grab 2 combos for my wife and I after attending an event. Ordered our meals, order was repeated back. Everything was correct, proceeded to window to pay. Paid, received our drinks and were asked to pull ahead and our meals would be out. After 12mins, it was finally brought to us. Don't understand considering it wasn't even busy. Nevertheless, drove home to Newport and sat down to eat. Wife's order was completely wrong, and I had paid for a more expensive combo. What she opened up was a chicken patty and 2 pickles on a bun. I had ordered the BLT chicken combo. Absolutely ridiculous. She took one bite and spit it out. The chicken was rubbery and disgusting! Extremely disappointed in this establishment and what they try to pass off as food!!
