Deviled Eggs (4 pcs)
Four deviled eggs, each topped with crab meat, a prosciutto crisp, and fried capers or a parmesan crisp. (GLuten-free).

A blend of beef and pork served in our old-world marinara with grated grana padano cheese.

Seafood Manicotti
Herb crepe filled with a mixture of shrimp, scallops, crab, and ricotta cheese. Covered in our red pepper cream sauce.
Porcini Scallops
Seared, porcini-dusted sea scallops on a bed of creamy braised leeks with fresh sage and truffle oil, and all topped with crisp fried potatoes.
Halibut
Grilled halibut fillet served over lemon sauteed spinach and roasted butternut squash with brown butter thyme.
Grilled Jumbo Shrimp
Grilled shrimp with roasted tomatoes, cipollini onions, italian parsley, and olive oil served atop our rich and creamy mascarpone polenta.
Tuscan Salmon
Salmon fillet grilled and served over a ragout of white bean, fennel, rosemary, onion, and tomato.

Main Dishes
Osso Bucco
Slow-braised veal shanks with caramelized cipollini onions and orange marsala sauce. Served over our creamy mascarpone polenta.
Filet
Seasoned with our espresso rub and topped with Gorgonzola roasted garlic butter. Served over yukon mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
Pork Chop Murphy
Duroc grilled, center-cut chops with roasted potatoes, red onions, sweet, and hot cherry peppers drizzled with a balsamic reduction.
Beef Short Rib
Boneless braised short rib in a sauce of red wine and aromatics over our house-made tagliatelle.

Amazing dinner last night. We had the calamari as an app, so tasty and cooked perfectly. We decided to try the specials for our entrees and they were so great, I love that they have specials. Our server Summer, was fantastic. We can't wait to come back, so many items on the menu that I still want to try.

The portions are very large, so we recommend you go hungry. I had the Chicken Parm and it was honestly one of the best I have had in a long time. Recently they have either been really small or the chicken has been rubbery, but il Cigno Italiano was delicious, I wish it was that good every time I order it.

I can not possibly say enough good things about il Cigno and especially Laurel. If you need an event catered or are hosting a dinner, she should be your first call. Laurel was so approachable and personable. Her knowledge and professionalism made the planning simple and easy. The food was absolutely phenomenal, and the presentation was fabulous.
