Fries tasted as if they were double dip after we ask for fresh fries and the cheese burger tasted like they put a gallon of salt on them during first shift is way better then going there at 6 at night

I came in on 04/23/24 around 9:30 pm, the wait was a little long, but not too bad, the food runner that was taking food outside was amazing! He replaced my Dr. Pepper for a Sweet tea because the Dr. Pepper was not carbonated at all. We got our food & the fries were fresh and very good! But the big macs we had got had no pickles and no big mac sauce, I was very disappointed.

So, I’m not usually one to rant, but seriously, the last three times I’ve been to this McDonald’s, they’ve managed to mess up my order every single time. And today they did it again. I rolled up to the second window, and my food was handed to me in silence. Not even a “thanks” or “have a nice day.” I shrugged it off. When I got home, I found out my fries were only half full, and my supposed quarter pounder had the meat of a regular cheese burger. Thank goodness the nuggets were spared.My order cost me $14! I noticed their sign saying they start their crew at $12/hour. But if you’re slinging burgers like that, you shouldn’t be raking in $12/hour. Maybe start them at minimum wage and give them a raise if they can get the orders right.Im just one person and it means nothing to McDonald’s but Sorry Swansboro McDonald’s I won’t be be back..
No matter what please move to spot 4... ordered a large drink and had to move to a spot wait 5 mins....for a drink.

The drive thru was flustered. I spent $30. I was told my order was lost and it would be 5-10minutes. At minutes, I walked inside and politely waited for my order. When J heard it was coming up I asked that the right dipping sauce be in my kids happy meal. The lady dropped my food, threw the honey in the bag and walked off. I then had to yell to ask for my drinks. Waited 5 more minutes for the kid working the drive thru to come get my dri ks for me. Asked where the manager was and for a refund and the guy said if I got a refund I couldnt have my food.

Hardly any French Fries in the packs. What few there was, were cold. Sandwiches were cold and didn't have any kind of sauce on them. They were just plain. SMH ?

I ordered on the app to pick up thru the drive thru. I was literally the only car to pull in. Then another car pulled into the lane next to me and got their order in and off they went!! I figured ok maybe the associate mixed the label up, and I will be next. NOPE!! 3 cars were taken from the other lane! The line I was the leader of was huge by the time I got to give my code for my pick-up order. If you have a long time to waste, then this is your place! Now to see if the food is hot.......and 20 minutes later here I sit waiting ...I used the app thinking it would be a quick pick up...ha .....well finally. Of not for the fact the sandwich was paid for, I would have left! Food is good and warm but not worth the aggravation. This all has to point to management......time for a review, McDonalds!!!

This used to be my favorite McDonald's to eat at cause I would get great service and hot fresh mchickens but ever since a couple months ago this place has really gone down hill, they struggle with even the smallest orders, the management sucks!!
