Michaelangelo's Pizza & Subs

Love everything except everytime I've ordered a sub, I watch the man making it using both hands but only wearing a plastic glove on one hand and nothing over his hair. Turned me off to getting their subs.

Placed an order for delivery at 6pm. Didn’t receive order for 2.5 hours. The food was cold and nothing to call home about. If you have children with a bedtime be sure to order at lunch time in order to eat at dinner time.

We stopped in to order a pizza for supper at 8:15. Once inside we were never greeted, or spoken to. We walked up to order our food and the young lady with the toboggan just stared at us. My wife asked “are you ready” she never spoke so we ordered our medium pizza and boneless chicken wings. We were going to eat it in, but so frazzled by the lady not speaking to us we didn’t order drinks, she never asked if we wanted anything to drink. We had just left El Catrin with unbelievable bad experience (see previous review) so we weren’t having a good evening. This just put the cherry on top of the terrible evening. We sat down and said dang it we didn’t get drinks, so we decided to just take it to go. My wife tells the same young lady we will just have that to go and she just looks at my wife never acknowledged her. Finally another young lady says our food is ready, she was very nice and polite and asked if we wanted plates, red pepper and Parmesan. She was very nice. We come here often and hate to leave a bad review, but being treated this way is NOT ACCEPTABLE. Customers do not have to eat at your restaurants.

Went during the mullet festival ordered over $100 of food got it home and was missing my dessert “death by chocolate cake” for my wife. Called said they were going to put it on my account and went to just redeem it first it was never put on my account but also the “manager” said there is nothing they can do. It’s 6 dollars and they failed on their end when not only did I ask to make sure everything was there before I left but also to not put any note on my account or anything. This is my last visit.

Drove to pick up order, got home and it was wrong. Called to inform them and the girl who answered was super rude. Asked to speak with someone and she just didn’t have the best attitude.

We were traveling and stopped in for lunch. 4 adults and an 18 month old. The staff offered to cut up our toddlers pizza for us. I will always stop in when traveling to support a business that goes the extra mile to make a customers visit 5 star.

The pizza was dry and tasteless, the the chef salad was soggy, it wasn't good at all, and the sub bread was so soggy you couldn't eat it. We spent over 50.00, plus trip. We want be back.

I recently ordered takeout, and unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. For the price, I expected much better quality and portion sizes. The subs were mostly bread with only bits of filling/toppings, making them bland and unappetizing. To make matters worse, the fries were cold, bland and lack in freshness which was quite disappointing. “Garlic” bread knots were ice cold and solid with a slop of butter and garlic on top.

Considering how much I spent, I felt like the value just wasn’t there. I won’t be ordering from here again anytime soon, and I can’t recommend it based on my experience. I hope they improve their food quality and portion sizes in the future.

Overall food was mediocre at best.

What happened to this place? Used to be the best pizza. What I got tonight was not even edible pizza. The crust is chewy. Such a disappointment.
