Best of food is made FRESH. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE l, especially if you are trying to schedule it for later then you are ordering it. We placed an order at 12:43 and marked it to be picked up at 1:30. Arrived by 1:23 instantly received cold food that had to be disposed of because it was no longer good. I talked to the manager about this and was told that they make the online orders as they come in, meaning my food was made around 12:45 and sat there until we picked it up. When I asked so my food sat there for almost 45 min she said no it did not. What the actual heck?!?!
Waste of my money! Unless you're going in to eat do bother.

Our whole family loves Moore's — it would be even better if when food gets delivered via DoorDash that the coleslaw isn't hot. 😕

Here's a suggestion: How about putting coleslaw in a separate container for DoorDash orders? That way it won't be hot by the time the food gets delivered

I presently am enjoying my seafood combination, but the coleslaw is now in my fridge so I can hopefully get it cold to enjoy sometime tonight.

Very disappointed in the fact that you have items on your published menu or that have served since opening, to be told, on ordering, that they have been discontinued (such as: soft shelled crab, trout, ribs, "Spiggy", flounder). That kind of inconsistency is losing you this customer. Baited by the prospect of getting a real treat, just to be told it is no longer available, will have me coming to Moore"s only when I want some "OK" chicken.

The waiter said to my child do you want scooby snacks or ice cream and she gave me both.😀😀😀

The barbecue was absolutely five star quality. Incredible food for a great price! The attitude of some employees wasn't the best, they seemed to be a little inexperienced, young people working the place. I think they could use a couple more staff members and maybe some better training, or just more experience, because they are young. We would definitely go back, and look forward to next time we pass through.

The food was decent but the overall friendliness of the staff and atmosphere of the place carried its rating heavily. Their service is top notch and fast. The breading on the shrimp burger was a little lack luster and the fries were not salted enough but everything was fantastic.

We love Moores BBQ. However it's a treat because the prices have gone up over the years. Portions seem to be the same though.

I enjoyed the food here. Imagine a fast food place, with the quality of a sit down. The only reason it's not 4 stars, is because of the pricing. It's fast food pricing, and all restaurants suffer from it.

I swear every time I go here they do not know what gravy is. Start giving more gravy for mash potatoes! It’s insane! Even ordered a large side and got a half of cup of gravy for the entire thing, that doesn’t even cover half of the potatoes

It's a walk up place. I got the white chicken plate. Very crispy, very dry. Tried hush puppies for the first time. Not sure what they are, but they weren't bad. Had mashed potatoes with gravy and Mac and cheese for sides. The potatoes were fine but the portion was miniscule. The Mac was not edible. I'll eat there again and try something else next time.

Foods good, ate there today and it was fine like any other day except for the fact that one of their people, not saying names although I definitely could, tried to argue with me over whether or not BBQ goes on a spiggy. I absolutely love having my time wasted by arguing over somethings that's in the items description 😐 so fun
