Brynn was very helpful great customer service and very very patient and polite, since we were ordering it from Florida to a friend of ours in North Carolina…if we ever go there we would love to meet them..thank you so very much..many blessings to y’all 🥰

This is the worst Papa Johns I've had. Was looking forward to it. Tired from a long drive. Couldn't have it delivered by Papa Johns. Had to use door dash. Ordered at 521p got at 700p. It was cold. Was too tired to care at this point. For $45, it should at least be hot since they skimp on toppings these days. Bring something from home. You're better off.

Employees completely refused service and to make any quick pizzas because I came in 30m before close for just 1 pizza, their sign showed they still accepted carry outs for another 15m , completely unprofessional.
They mass my food up… had hair end it

Do better Papa John's.
This is the second time that we have placed an order for it to be canceled and not notified. I understand that it was placed 40 minutes before you closed, but still, a courtesy call would have been appropriate.
Where is the customer service?!
No attempt to make contact either time; we would have picked up the order if needed.
Then when we called today to inquire what had happened. “I’m sorry, I will chew that manager out… again, and your money will be refunded” is the response that we received from the store manager. Zero attempt to try to rectify or keep loyal customers. She even acknowledged that she remembered that this has happened to us before.
What happened to customer service?!
The first time that it happened, they blamed it on a DoorDash driver stealing our order. This time they just didn’t make the order and didn’t bother to contact us. They had 40 minutes to contact us before they closed…. a simple phone call.
We understand people make mistakes, which is why we continued to order from them after the first incident. This has solidified that we will not be doing business with this store anymore.

For a order of almost $100 and a generous tip. The pizza should not be folded in half because it looks like it was dropped and/or slid all over the place. The boneless wings hardly have any sauce at all. This is certainly unacceptable. Certainly disappointed in the end product
