Screen always says order ready then I stand there and wait

Pizza never ready even when I order 25 mins before hand. I have been forgotten parked in the parking lot multiple times while waiting for my food.

I ordered delivery yesterday and ETA said 25-35 minutes. It took 1 hour and 30 minutes. They then forgot my bacon cheddar cheese sticks and the supervisor said it would take only 30 minutes and hung up on me! They didnt want to give me a refund and said they can only give store credit or deliver the missing item. Once again it took over an hour and they brought it right before closing. It felt intentional. Never again ordering from there!

The breadsticks were VERY done and tough.The pizza was good.I asked for extra marinara for pizza&breadsticks,got to the window&asked if they put marinara in there&girl said yes,that there was some in the pizza box,as well as in the breadsticks bag.Got home&had one marinara for everything.I should’ve known better cause it’s happened before.

They have a drive thru which is cool. Their pizza boxes aren't as recyclable as I'd like though. Sometimes the staff is so-so & sometimes they are good. Same goes for the food. They have some specials that are priced better than the regular menu pricing. This location does have an eat-in area, but I've not used it yet.

We ordered a big box meal with a side of cheesy bread and boneless wings. Asked for marinara and they forgot it, so we called. They were going to send it. It didn’t show up. So the next day I called and Cynthia made it right. Had to do a little tweaking of our new order since we didn’t have as many people tonight but she made it right!!!’ Definitely a 5⭐️ spot.

I’ve lived in Hubert for 7-8 years now. 7 years ago this Pizza Hut was pretty good we had no issues. But the last couple years holly cow this place has completely fell off.

More recently the pizza we received was extremely bad, sections were solid hard and thin near the crust it was disgusting.

Additionally, I door dash on the side and whenever it’s busy the place is an absolute dumpster fire and the employees are running around like chickens with their heads cut off. Always 10-20 minutes late on the pickup time because they’re hilariously disorganized and slow.

Avoid this hole at all costs, go get pizza literally anywhere else.

I would avoid this Pizza hut. Poor management, employees are clueless. The dine in is "now open" however the salad bar is still closed, so I just carry out. (They could make more money this way, dine in is always empty🤔.) I went to pick up my order today, a customer was waiting with no one at the counter. He finally was able to order just to be told there was no sausage. He walked out and politely said he'd take his business elsewhere. (The cashier could have offered the "new" chicken sausage but didn't even seem to care they lost a customer.) Next was my turn, surprisingly my order was ready. Unlike my past few experiences. (But I gave them another chance.) I asked to replace my marinara sauce with garlic butter. The cashier was so confused, went to the back twice and said "We don't have garlic butter but we have garlic sauce." 🤦‍♀️ The food was okay, but over and over again the reviews for this location are poor due to management and no improvement. With Domino's right down the road, this location won't last long unless changes are made. **Train your employees and hire new management, your loosing money and customers!

Ordered a carryout pizza. They said it would be ready in 30 minutes. It was not. They had not even started cooking it. I had to drive around the building twice. It took an hour. Unacceptable.
