We ordered a big box meal with a side of cheesy bread and boneless wings. Asked for marinara and they forgot it, so we called. They were going to send it. It didn’t show up. So the next day I called and Cynthia made it right. Had to do a little tweaking of our new order since we didn’t have as many people tonight but she made it right!!!’ Definitely a 5⭐️ spot.

I’ve lived in Hubert for 7-8 years now. 7 years ago this Pizza Hut was pretty good we had no issues. But the last couple years holly cow this place has completely fell off.

More recently the pizza we received was extremely bad, sections were solid hard and thin near the crust it was disgusting.

Additionally, I door dash on the side and whenever it’s busy the place is an absolute dumpster fire and the employees are running around like chickens...

This was my first and only time eating here as I am not from North Carolina and do not live close by. When I walked in the door right after opening, there was no one at the register and I think I waited for about 5 minutes. It would have been fine if the employee acknowledged I was there and asked me to wait a second. It took 20 minutes to make/cook 1 pizza which seemed a little long to me. I received my order when it was done and drove to my families house. The pizza was still...
