Gone to this location twice in the past two days. Both days I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew and they both were made wrong and had little to no cold foam on top. In the future I will avoid this location.

Though this is Starbucks is far superior to the one in Cape Carteret, they do seem to have trouble getting orders right.

There’s plenty of seating inside and plenty of seating options, too. Nice spots outside as well.

Because this location is in front of Walmart, getting in and out can be a challenge.

This is one of the best Starbucks I have ever been to and it’s hands down because of the team. Every single employee is unbelievably sweet, patient and very kind. Every time I come here, I feel so important. Plus my drink is always phenomenal and exactly how I like it. Highly recommended this Starbucks!
Please don’t let the rest of these reviews cloud your judgement, more often than not people will only write a review when there is a problem vs. for something great. If anything, give them a chance yourself and find out by your own experience.

Terrible customer service, I walk in and as soon as I do the girl at the counter asks if I have a mobile, no good morning nothing, then I’m telling her what I want, and she proceeds to say “I can’t take your order, I thought you had a question” I’m just standing there perplexed. If you can’t take my order why not just let the lead cashier do her job then. The second part of this terrible experience is, I tell the other girl my order and she tells me it’s $6, so I ask her $6 for 2 coffees???? And she asks, you only said one. Now I’m more mad. If she didn’t hear the first time, she could have just asked. As I receive my order I see it’s wrong. I go back to the counter to find the first girl trying hard not to laugh at me. Why would you work customer service if clearly you’re not up to par. Worst $11 spent.

I have had great service every time I have been here. The only issue is that the car wash across the street makes it extremely difficult for the ladies to hear when ordering. Overall great service!

In shock how they have a 3.2 star rating. Slowest starbucks ever and not even busy, I don't understand. Food was cold and made the wrong drink twice not even close to your corporate standards, need some help here corporate.

Horrible customer service. We waited over 20 minutes for 2 small flat white, while they served the drive thru. When I spoke up the guy looked confused. When I received the supposedly coffee it was all milk. I will never ever come back to this location. The owner needs to re-train their staff on customer service and how to make coffee.
