Great customer service with delicious ice cream flavors and a variety of ways to have the ice cream.
Stopped by this afternoon for a pup-cup🐾 after my puppy's vet appointment. The girls behind the counter were very sweet and helpful. Great local shop and great atmosphere. I've been here several times in the past and I've always had a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend! 😁🍦

best place for ice cream in Swansboro NC
My boyfriend and I just left this place due to poor service. When we walked in, we weren’t greeted, instead, a young woman loudly announced they were out of milk for milkshakes. While that was disappointing, we understand that things like that happen and are often out of a business’s control.
What really made us leave was what happened next: we stood at the front of the line for around 10 minutes without any acknowledgment, while the same employee walked past us to chat up a group of young boys at the end of the line. We later overheard her telling them she would be making them milkshakes after all, but to not tell anyone else.
We had driven 20 minutes, passing several other ice cream shops, including Ben & Jerry’s, just to come here, and left feeling ignored and unwelcome. We ended up going somewhere else where we were treated kindly and equally, and the experience was night and day.
Great service with so many options and choices. There are different candy, snack and drink options as well.
We played giant checkers while we enjoyed our ice cream.
We will definitely be back again.

Came in with my fiancé and wow the staff are just so nice and welcoming. The ice cream was really good and so much choices!! The scoops were a good size and reasonable.
