I have been in Emerald Isle 3 weeks and have enjoyed all four trips to the ice cream shack! The servers are VERY personal and helpful in the decision making process. We laughed so much with the medical billing lady that only works weekends. We were complimented on our choices by the young adult/teens, and the old geezer was genuinely interested in discussing diplomatic politics/economy when business was slow.
