My experience today at Taco Bell was honestly disappointing. On other occasions, I would say that this location would get 3-4 stars on average.
The employees seemed busy and just pretty dreary this afternoon, even though the restaurant was completely empty when I walked in, and there weren't seemingly mobile orders. I completed my order on the kiosk, which was somewhat difficult to navigate. It also would not print a physical receipt, which I would have wanted. It took a lot longer than just ordering from a register. I asked for an ice cup to go along with my order, I couldn't get one at the kiosk, and the person behind the counter seemed kinda confused, but did give me one. I also, after waiting a bit for my order, had tried to ask for a bag to put it in, because it was fairly large. When I looked up after I had started to speak, the person was no longer there. I had then waited for the bag to take the larger order out of the store. I felt as that experience was dismissive in a sense.
The food was moreso lackluster than usual today. I picked up an order for a small group, so multipule people weren't necessarily satisfied with their orders. Notibly, the toastadas included in both the Crunchwrap and Mexican Pizza we're sorta stale to begin with, but also got soggy pretty quickly. My lettuce and tomatoes were pretty good though. I had also gotten a Dirty Baja Blast, which was good, but it seemed to just be made with haste, as it was not mixed together at all.
The restaurant itself was kept up, it was very clean, and the restroom was clean as well. Nothing was really messy, and there was access to condiments that were fully stocked and such.
Some of these things were smaller critiques, but there were a bunch that filled the experience. The rating is mostly focused on the service and food quality.
I would still go back again, it was perhaps an off day for the restaurant. However, if it were to be disappointing again, I most likely won't return in the future.

As a door dasher the employees will often do multiple orders for kiosk orders who walked in well after you’ve been waiting. Dog shit service

This place sucks!!! They close the dining room early now. They charge an arm and a leg for cheap nasty food too. Avoid this dump!!!

Little blond chick working was inconvenienced because I asked for taco sauce. Threw down my food cause she can't properly do her job. Unacceptable.

Little girl at the window was extremely rude. Didn't offer sauce for the large amount of food I ordered . After I got all my stuff at the window I got the attention of her to get some sauce and she only gave me 7 packets! And shut the window in my face. I had too much food for 7 packets but I let it go and went on my way...

They are NO GOOD!!!!!! They didn't get the order right, food taste like they made it yesterday. Called up there to let them know they didn't get my order right, bunch smart asses!!!!!!! I guess that's why I was the only person in line. NO MORE TACO BELL FOR ME!!!!
Atmosphere is okay, food is good, but the service is some of the worst I've ever experienced. The employees NEVER get the order right, are rude, and completely dismissive of any complaints. I used to go here all the time. I won't be anymore.

This is the worst Taco Bell they are very unfriendly unprofessional rude it's like everybody hates their job there or something this is not the first time that I had bad service here My daughter and my son-in-law go here too so only one in the town we live in they say the same thing very rude

Drive thru usage 100 percent of the time and late night. Very sweet young woman works the drive thru and super nice with accurate and friendly service. Has corrected a mistake with top notch resolution. Food preparation is always consistent with detail to portions being adequate. No watery tomatoes like the Taco Bell at New River Bridge to Route 17.
