I ordered a simple order or bread twists And a sprite and waited 2 ours and still didn't receive my food. Eventually fell asleep ofc because it was so late. Never heard a knock on my door. Called the next morning after my food was jus left on the cement with bugs all night and was told I couldn't have my food replaced or a refund even though I still had the boxes I wasn't comfortable eating. Worker had attitude when I called n refused to help at all. Over very disappointing. 0 out of 0 service.

We ordered a couple pizzas and some wings, our cheese pizza was so overdone there wasn't even sauce, our other pizza was a little better but still very dry and the wings tasted bad. I called to let them know how bad our food was and was basically told to suck it up. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Just because no one else complained today doesn't mean it wasn't crap!!! Because it definitely was

I selected contactless/ delivered to my door and got called when the delivery driver was at my door that they don’t leave it at the door anymore and I would need to get home to receive my order after that I called to get a refund and the customer service was terrible absolutely

The food is average once it arrives but that's the issue...ONCE it arrives. Almost each time I order it takes over an hour to be delivered to my house. I live 2 miles from the store...I tip minimum 20% each time since that's how the drivers make a living but the tip is for the service as well...if the service sucks then you didn't earn the tip. Really makes me not want to tip them in the future unfortunately. Hopefully they can get delivery times sorted out and be better about it.

Terrible service delivery driver went to the wrong house blamed us for not being home and the manager when I called to tell him hung up on me without helping my situation at all and try to charge me more money to come pick up my cold food from their store

Drivers gonna drive...i used to deliver to, so WATCH OUT...just plain around. This location is top notch. I pride myself on customer service with my stores and these folks always deliver (as I am concerned). Hope nobody else has had a bad experience but I bet if ya talk with them, they will do better.
