Rude drive thur couldn't even finsh order and was rude when approach windows and she was rude to guest behind us. After they asked for price she said dam hold on. Asked for hot fries and wasn't as expected. I see why chick fila serves more guests in 1 hour than the serve all week. Asked for bo size charge and got regular. Drive thur again. Rude employees.

Worst employees at any restaurant in this town. EXTREMELY RUDE. Lobby is never clean. Average wait for a order is 30+ minutes if you even get acknowledged in time before you decide to walk out. Do not eat here.

A long drive through line because they have good service and good food. Quick moving, maybe ten minutes.
I stopped here on the way home to Chesapeake virginia. The restaurant was clean the food was hot and the service was outstanding. No issues at all.

The food quality at this Bojangles location is consistently below the standard of other locations in the area. Customers shouldn’t have to request fresh, hot fries or properly cooked chicken tenders—this should be the norm. Too often, the biscuits are undercooked, and the overall quality feels unmanaged. If you visit this location, don’t expect fresh food unless you specifically ask for it. The lack of consistency at the Tarboro branch is disappointing and needs attention.
