I ordered a Bo biscuit and a Bo chicken sandwich and fries. The Bo biscuit cheese was so tough that I couldn't even chew it and apparently they were out of fries and replaced it with Mac n cheese that was cold. I was so disappointed. My daughter goes to Bo Jangles in another town and highly recommended that I try it 😞

Used to really enjoy coming here, It was very fast and efficient. And for the longest time coming here was a lot faster than going to McDonald's or even Wendy's. But in the last few months it's gone downhill I'm not sure what's happened. Been here three different times, at each time I sit at the drive-thru speaker box for well over 5 minutes with no response when it's dead slow or maybe there's about three cars ahead of me. Hate to say it but I guess I won't be back anymore, It's been a good run Bojangles thank you. ❤️

Good biscuits. Friendly employees. Service was fast.
New store, opened only 4 days. Went on the app to order, but they weren't set up for mobile orders yet and didn't honor the specials. Cashier was friendly, and service was pretty quick inside, drive thru, not so much. Doing good so far!!
