The food quality at this Bojangles location is consistently below the standard of other locations in the area. Customers shouldn’t have to request fresh, hot fries or properly cooked chicken tenders—this should be the norm. Too often, the biscuits are undercooked, and the overall quality feels unmanaged. If you visit this location, don’t expect fresh food unless you specifically ask for it. The lack of consistency at the Tarboro branch is disappointing and needs attention.

Just left Bo Jangles, ordered 2 sausage biscuits, fries and 2 coffees. Only the coffee was warm. Food was not Luke warm. It's cold. Got for my wife and I to have breakfast together. At rehab. Not a treat for someone in a facility not a treat
