I ordered two pizzas and both came out cold and smelling like mildew, the cheese actually tasted soured or oily. Overall, it was the worst pizza experience I've had. I tried to call in about it, but no one would answer the telephone.
I walked in and ordered a pizza and some Parmesan bread bites. And the worker who gave me my order asked me if my skibidi gyatt needed to be rizzed! 10/10 Food and Service

Makayla is doing a wonderful job! The service is great, the pizzas are perfect, you can tell they take their time to make an exceptional product. Love the new management at Domino's!!!

I ordered a NY Style pepperoni, black olive and mushroom and a thin crust pepperoni. Did not receive a NY style crust and the thin crust was OVER COOKED and only cut into 6 slices. Plus I went straight to the drive thru window and had to set for 10 minutes because of some computer issues, by the time I finally got my food it was ALL COLD!!!! The only 3 people working were extremely rude. I took pictures for proof, but it doesn't give the option to add it to this review. I've always get pizza here, but now I'll have to go elsewhere.
I placed an order with Domino’s today around 4:43 pm for 8-piece buffalo wings and 4 cheese dip & Parmesan twists. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. When my order arrived, the 4 cheese dips appeared to have been sitting for a while, and the Parmesan twists were hard, clearly not fresh. To make matters worse, I had specifically requested well-done buffalo wings, but I was sent plain wings that were undercooked.
I called to inquire about the issue, but the person who answered seemed uninterested and unable to provide any explanation, offering no assistance or solution. This lack of professionalism and poor customer service was extremely frustrating. It’s disappointing to receive such low-quality food and unhelpful service, especially when you expect better from a well-known brand like Domino’s.
Overall, I am very dissatisfied with this experience and hope that improvements can be made to both food quality and customer service in the future.
The food is old!!! It made my stomach hurt for 2 days straight
Placed an order and waited over 43 mins for my tracker to update from the quality check so I called the store and was told the driver had just left with my order and I didn't need to worry about coming to pick it up when I offered to do so. 36 minutes later still no update on the tracker or driver arrival and I live literally 4 minutes from the store. I drove to the store for clarification and literally watched employees not answer the phone, finally answer and not speak, and then place the phone on the counter for an extended period without asking me to hold or letting me know what was happening. The store is locked and they gestured for me to pull to the drive thru window (after I waited and finally honked since I was being ignored) where I was handed off to another person who gave me a completely different story and instead of being really busy they now had just had their car breakdown and one driver was running all orders. I completely understand things happen out of our control but when I asked why I wasn't notified there was no response probably because they weren't expecting follow up questions to stories being made on the fly. I was finally offered a refund after letting them know almost 2 hours wait with no communication on their part was unacceptable and was told the driver was on the way back with my order which at that point I'm sure was ice cold. Then the employees simply walked away without acknowledging my presence or letting me know if the refund was processed so I've now had to escalate to corporate. I'm so disappointed in this experience, but $50+ for a simple pizza order and being given the run around is ridiculous and the staff acting like a refund was coming out of their personal check was also ridiculous. This literally all could have been handled over the phone the first time I called instead of me having to escalate to driving to the store and going through multiple avenues to get a simple refund for delivery fees and tip that no longer were warranted.
I just ordered pizza for delivery and right when the driver was approaching realized we had no cash (completely my mistake). When the driver (Mr. Walter) approached i greatly apologized and asked if i may send him a tip in some other form or even give him gold dollars - he wouldn’t take any of it. Kept telling me not to worry about it - I said Mr. Walter i am very worried about it. He broke my heart when he responded to me and said “yeah 60 year old man delivering pizza i shoulda stayed in school. you don’t have to give me a tip” and turned and walked away! Mr. Walter was so kind and I just want him to have the recognition he deserves!! And I still do want to tip him!! At this point I wish I could give him more than a few dollar tip! Let this man know he’s worthy whether he’s a pizza delivery driver or a ceo!! I hope he flourishes from here on out!

I cannot believe my experience with them . I usually order from them with my wife but when we found a bug in the food , they didn’t care . Go somewhere else with better customer service!!

Disgusting terrible!!! If I could put one star I would!. Found a bug in my food and they did not do anything at about it. Customer service is TERRIBLE !!! . I personally talked to Chie and Demonte and they were so rude and it was ridiculous. Never in my life have I seen such disrespectful people working in a restaurant. So unorganized. Never in my life would I eat here again .
