The food was good although the prices have increased by a lot. I went through the drive through and had no utensils nor a napkin. I folded the top of the coleslaw to have a makeshift spoon.

Went tonight and tried to order a chicken sandwich and was told “he isn’t cooking anymore tonight “ alrighty then … I wasn’t aware the chef lol at kfc decided the menu and dining hours 🤣 comical . .

Young lady working the drive thru was very unprofessional, rude and obnoxious, pulled off and went somewhere else to eat, if a manager reads this she should get it together or get taken off the schedule imo

Used the drive thru. The young man had a bit of trouble taking the order and didn't tell me the total. Otherwise service was pretty good. The pot pie was good. Chicken tenders, though looked like they were cooked hours ago and were so salty I couldn't eat them. If I hadn't been so tired I would have taken them back. Fries were good.

I was waiting for a DoorDash order as a dasher and Sonya, who I am assuming is the manager here, offered me a free of charge chicken sandwhich for having to wait for them to fry more legs for an order. Absolutely incredible service and incredibly nice people behind the counter! Thank you so much for offering and giving that to me free of charge without me having even asked. I very much appreciate it and recommend this KFC.

The food is ok. A little dry but decent flavor. The chicken breast seems to be their best piece of meat. Their mac&cheese is delicious!
The service is good - as in how nice they are to customers. However, just about everytime I order, something is left out of my order. Shorted me on biscuits, left out my fries, left out my gravy....
If they are not already doing it, someone needs to look at the ticket and double check the contents before giving the filled order to the customer.

I've been here a couple of times recently, and the service is awesome. The crew there keeps the restaurant clean, and the chicken and potatoes are hot and coleslaw is blended good and is cold as it should be.
I'd like to give an update. In my last review I gave the best I could, because it was deserved. However me and the family stopped in, because I asked them to. The family wanted to go to your competitor, but came to you because I ask. The service was the worst I've ever experienced, the main focus was the drive Thur. There was only 1 car with a small order, yet our family spent over $50. Yet we were pushed aside. Some of our chicken was cold to the bone. I've never had chicken that cold. Even the mashed potatoes were cold. This is the safest visit to KFC. I know this post will not be answered , so guess I'll go back to bogangles.

I am from Jersey. I was visiting family. I must say this KFC is the best. Chicken well seasoned. The biscuits are so delicious 😋. If I can rate this place a ten I would. Wednesday night they had this young man at the cash register. He was excellent. He got my family order correct. We went back Thurs afternoon the cashier got all our orders wrong.
