Ordered curbside pickup and waited 20 min before i went inside to see what was going on. turns out my food had been sitting on the counter the entire time. i understand being short staff and busy but to leave a bag sitting out and no one notice is crazy. also it took a while for anyone to come up front to help. one of the workers remade my order which i was thankful for but i didn’t receive my 2 diet cokes i paid for and the patties on my burgers were burnt. I hate hate complaining or seeming like a karen but that had to be the worst experience ive ever had at a fast food restaurant. i know a lot of people have bad experiences here as well and this isn’t my first bad experience here. whoever the owner of this establishment is does not care how his/her business is ran.

The owner of this store wont be satisfied until they have a lawsuit. There is always a problem with the quality of the food & customer service at this location! I purchased food from McDonald’s and received extremely poor-quality items. The double cheeseburgers were smashed, poorly made, covered in melted cheese on the outside, and tasted old as if they had been sitting. I placed my order right when lunch began at 11:00 AM, so the food should have been fresh. I will be filing a complaint with the better business bureau! I attempted to resolve this with the store/app support, but I did not receive proper assistance.

I just waited for 50 minutes to receive half my order. It was at 45 minutes the manager told me that I had been refunded for my 13 tote of cookies due to them not having any ready. At this point I was furious and as I walked out of the door I got a sarcastic (have a nice night) followed by a bunch of laughter. I have never been treated with this much disrespect from any fastfood facility , and being on the road 150,000 miles for the past 7 years you best believe I have encountered some poorly ran fastfood facilitys. Now that I have delt with the entire staff of Tarboro Nc McDonald's on November 3 from 7 to 7:50 pm you all need retraining and your pay evaluated to match your performance it was a disaster .

Order at kiosk, total was 9.79, card reader broken, went to counter to order same thing total was 11.70. I questioned what was going on and a manager was dismissive of my concerns and a bit rude with” I don’t know about all that” haven’t eaten at McDonald’s for a few years because of similiar situations at other stores. Very bad attitude from management. Think I will try again in a few more years.

I placed an order through the McDonald’s app and checked in at space #2. I waited for over 30 minutes, but no one ever brought my food. To make matters worse, they marked it in the system as “delivered” when I never received anything. I went to the Drive-Thru to explain the issue, and they refused to help me or offer any solution. Very disappointing experience and completely unacceptable customer service

Stood at counter over 5 minutes. lady walked by and said they were short handed it would be a minute. 10 minutes later still no one. A boy walked by several times and didn't say a word. It was extremely hot in there. We left
