I placed an order through the McDonald’s app and checked in at space #2. I waited for over 30 minutes, but no one ever brought my food. To make matters worse, they marked it in the system as “delivered” when I never received anything. I went to the Drive-Thru to explain the issue, and they refused to help me or offer any solution. Very disappointing experience and completely unacceptable customer service

Stood at counter over 5 minutes. lady walked by and said they were short handed it would be a minute. 10 minutes later still no one. A boy walked by several times and didn't say a word. It was extremely hot in there. We left

I have been coming to this McDonald's off and on for 3 years because. Every time I come the food is always fresh and hot!! Maybe y'all need to give Wendy's in Tarboro some training because the food and customer service is terrible!! McDonald's keep up the good work!!💯💯👍

If I could had gave them a flat zero I sure would had.. I went thru drive thru and ordered a cheeseburger happy meal extra fries no apple slices and a caramel frap.. well durn I got apple slices and a mocha frap I told the girl at the window that I didn't order a mocha it was suppose to be a caramel.. well here goes the eye rolls pull up too the next window ok.. I was brought a plain one then I told her it was suppose to be caramel well here we go again with the slam window and eye rolls.. I heard alot of laughing at 1st window people not doing there job.. If you got time to talk you have time to clean.. Let's get these people busy doing the baseboards and under the equipment.. I had stopped going but I was going to give then another chance but I'll just keep rolling on by..
