This was our second time dining at On the Square. We learned of it in October while celebrating our aunt's 100th bday. Unfortunately we returned yesterday for her funeral yesterday. But after celebrating a life well lived, we retuned to the restaurant and were equally as pleased as the first time. The food is excellent; our servers, Mary and Hailey were awesome in offering excellent suggestions and making us feel welcome. We definitely hope to return. The history of the restaurant peeked our interest. We wish you continued success!

The meal, drinks, service, and overall experience of On the Square is always top notch! We had a great time celebrating my husband's birthday last night, and everyone at OTS made sure that it was a perfect evening!

One of our favorite restaurants, usually. This time the kitchen appeared backed up and the servers unsure of themselves. One was observed pretending to bang her head into a wall. However, the food was fine. The ribeye was not as flavorful nor the bacon pieces as tasty as usual on the grilled romaine salad. We planned on having dessert but it was 30 minutes from completion of entrees until the server returned inquiring of our interest in dessert. Upon telling her we had waited along time, she did provide service recovery by offering a scoop of ice cream to go. We appreciated the gesture and took her up on her offer but it did seem odd to offer ice cream to go. We will return. Everyone has an off night.

Great service, friendly and attentive wait staff. The fried okra appetizer and carrot cake for desert was our favorite part of the meal. The steak and truffle fries were also great of course!

Never fails to impress us, or our food/wine/beer connoisseur guests with us last night. Whether living 5 miles or 50 miles away (like us) , a gem you won't regret. Amberjack was sublime, with the perfectly matched New Zealand Ponga wine. Appetizers of Calamari, roasted romaine blew us away, as well as carrot cake. We are there a few times a year, have never not raved over their other many choices
