Ordered from here multiple times and this place can’t seem to get the sauces correct and then all of a sudden they’re out of sauces. I’ll just order elsewhere.

Ordered boneless wings online for carryout. App said order was ready for pickup. Only have 30 minutes for lunch. Spent half that waiting because the girl got there late and said she was waiting for the oven to warm up. Food was mediocre and it was hot in the store while waiting.

One day I couldn't make my mind up what I wanted to eat that day and I was driving by papa Johns Pizza look very nice place an I was for sure that's what I wanted. I got me a large pizza an a drink it was perfect

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Every single time I order delivery and order a 2 liter it is forgotten. This time I decided to call and address the situation because it’s becoming costly and annoying. Let’s just say whoever answered the phone was less than helpful. Offered me to drive into Tarboro to pick the 2 liter up. If I wanted to drive into Tarboro wouldn’t I have did a pick up order. Also he kept saying he would void it out but again helps me in absolutely no way. Still can’t get what I paid for or my $ back. Another customer lost cause NEVER again.

I usually like Papa John’s because their ingredients do seem fresher as far as pizza goes, however THIS location here in Tarboro is definitely below standards. I placed an order for delivery to which my pizza was delivered within 14 minutes of me placing the order, furthermore DoorDash ( I didn’t order through DoorDash this location just doesn’t have any delivery drivers) gives you updates about your order’s progress. My order was confirmed at 5:06pm & delivered at 5:20pm. My driver was waiting for the order at 5:12pm & left the store at 5:14pm with my pizza for delivery .. So my pizza was cooked between 6-8mins. I received my pizza undercooked the dough was still doughy to the point it was hard to separate the slices of the pizza. I called to speak with a manager to which they placed me on hold for 30 minutes. Very unprofessional & unacceptable. Will never order from this location ever again!
