KB was absolutely amazing , not only was he there by himself but he provided exemplary service. He was knowledgeable and introduced me to the new sauces my favorite by far was the Parmesan garlic & my food was fresh . He was kind & professional I will be back hopefully during his shift !

No quality control, this order looks terrible, last order didn’t even get the wings I ordered. Don’t have to worry about me ordering from them again!

Went to the one in Tarboro yesterday and we had a woman wait on us she said that they really don’t use the drive-through but she allowed us to order from the drive-through. I did not get her name, but she was so pleasant respectful and kind I will definitely go back pizza was hot and fresh

An employee named KB rushed through making my pizzas and got them wrong three separate times. I ended up waiting almost 30 minutes for my order, which should’ve taken no more than 10 minutes. While KB was on the phone, distracted and making mistakes, two young men—Tae and Quan stepped up and did everything they could to accommodate me and correct the situation. Quan remade the pizzas correctly the first time and with care, and Tae was just as helpful and professional. They both deserve recognition and a raise for handling a situation that wasn’t their fault in the first place.

Honestly, if you want your pizza made right at the Tarboro location, ask for Quan. He knows what he’s doing and takes pride in his work.

It’s disappointing to see how things have changed at this store. When Quan (who is still there), and past employees like the twins Kia and Kya, Chey’Aja (the short dark-skinned girl), and Jaylen were running the floor, there was quality service every time. They set a high standard and took their jobs seriously.

What’s worse is that KB is allowed to be on his phone freely during work, with no consequences. But back when the previous team was working, the owner Tyler wouldn’t have tolerated that. If any of them had been on their phones, they would’ve been at risk of losing their jobs. It feels unfair and unprofessional.

The so-called “new managers” only make the problem worse. Amber rushes through making pizzas, and the quality suffers. Tiffany, the woman with lots of tattoos, is constantly in and out of the store and barely working. KB, Amber, and Tiffany should not be managers at this location they’re part of the reason things have gone downhill.

The truth is, Quan is the only one who shows real leadership and skill. Even though he hasn’t been there very long, he’s clearly advanced in his role, works hard, treats customers well, and holds the team together. It’s shocking that he isn’t a manager already. He needs to be promoted and awarded for his hard work and dedication to the store. He’s one of the few reasons I’m still willing to come back wish him and his sister and other team members would come back.

Please take this seriously and start recognizing the employees who are actually doing the job right.

UPDATE:
I returned ordered to the store recently, and I was very impressed. The quality of the food and service was amazing. It really felt like my feedback was taken seriously, and I want to say thank you. Quan, Tae, and even Amber worked together like a great team and made my order experience awesome. I truly appreciate the effort they put in, and I hope this level of quality continues it was an awesome delivery service.

Ordered from here multiple times and this place can’t seem to get the sauces correct and then all of a sudden they’re out of sauces. I’ll just order elsewhere.

Ordered boneless wings online for carryout. App said order was ready for pickup. Only have 30 minutes for lunch. Spent half that waiting because the girl got there late and said she was waiting for the oven to warm up. Food was mediocre and it was hot in the store while waiting.
