I hate having to write this, but here's my issue: I was visiting Tarboro, NC and decided to try Pizza Hut as it was next door to my hotel (they shared a parking lot and I usually do Domino's). I placed an order online that was to be ready at 8:35. It wasn't ready until about 8:50 (in their defense, they were handling a large order). When I received my order it was not correct. They offered to make a new pizza but I would have to wait. I hadn't eaten all day and had others waiting for me so I declined as the pizza I had was good enough. One of the staff handed me a card that stated free wings with purchase of large pizza at menu price. Upon further inspection I noticed there numbers on the bottom but no indication of what they were for. Just the offer of free wings. Two days later I returned to redeem my free wings. They requested and entered my phone number and my previous order came up. I was asked if I wanted the same order and replied no, I wanted to take advantage of the offer. It was then I found out I had to purchase a large pizza five times in order to get the free wings. I initially was going to leave, but again, I had others waiting for me so I requested my previous order. Again it came incorrectly. Not only do I feel mislead, I was highly disappointed with the whole experience. Suffice to say if I ever visit Tarboro again I will not be patronizing Pizza Hut. However, I will say, the pizza was tasty (I gave it three stars, but it was more like three and 3/4).

Oder online said it would be 15 minutes. Tried to order pan but they were out of it and 1 other. Paid at drivethur was told pizza was ready. Waited 10 minutes and they asked to park. I reminded her that she said they were ready. She left came back and said park we lost your ticket. Just give few minutes, waited finally walked in and FINALLY got the 2 thin crust pizza. Staff, manager didn't care. I order from here 3-5 times a month. No professionalism at all!!

How Special
Always good service and greetings. Never had any issues. Place is always clean. Usually get pickup and they never forget the napkins! Don’t forget to tip! These guys deserve it!

Do not order Bacon topping here. My Pizza was very poorly made bacon was very lack of! This is not the first time this has happen at the Pizza Hut in Tarboro NC.

The Tarboro Pizza Hut location has really went down. The food wasn’t good, the temperature of the food wasn’t warm. There were not enough toppings and customer service was not good. I hope they improve because I will never go to this location again.

Awful awful awful....my food was not hot ( I arrived on time) and it tasted like dishwasher ( not exaggerating). I order chilli wings, chicken Alfredo melt and pasta..pizza hut definitely fell off.i will never order there again!!! I threw it away because I didn't have time to go back for a refund. I do not like wasting food but that had to go!!

I ordered a cheese pizza and boneless garlic parmesan wings. When I walk in there was no greeting just I what's the name? What's your number? Ok, I paid and came home ready to dig in and was very disappointed about my pizza. The cheese had burnt spots basically all over each slice! As for the wings it was like can I get a little more garlic parmesan sauce because I mean I could tell that put the wings in the container started shaking it up like crazy. I've gotten good food from here before so obviously it depends on who's cooking and managing the employees.
