Dear Starbucks Customer Service,
I am writing to share an unpleasant experience I recently had at your drive-thru. When placing my order, I explained clearly how I wanted my drink and even offered to repeat it to ensure accuracy. The employee, Hanna, said it was fine, but when I received the order, it was incorrect.
When I politely let her know, she appeared visibly upset and unhappy. Instead of correcting the mistake smoothly, she charged me for the incorrect drink and then charged me again for the one I had originally asked for at the same amount.
For me, this is not about the money, but about the way I was treated as a customer. The lack of courtesy and professionalism made the experience very unpleasant, and it does not reflect the standard of service I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.
I hope you can address this situation with your team to ensure other customers don’t go through a similar experience.

I walked in and ordered a regular coffee. Honestly the only thing I ever get at Starbucks. I waited 10 minutes for them to make my cup (like the coffee wasn’t already available in Starbucks) What!
And wow this was the worse coffee I have ever had in my life! It was like drinking tar from a cup. They tried making it from one machine. Then another.
Anyone else that gets coffee from this store is making a big mistake if you’re trying to find coffee with taste that doesn’t taste like tar!

The drinks are usually always well-made. My order is almost always accurate. There is this issue I have had with this one worker who complains every time I place a mobile order. She goes “we like for you to wait 7 minutes before you come to pick it up.” Then sits there in silence. when there’s nobody else in the drive-through or in the store what’s the actual difference in me placing an order at the speaker vs online so I don’t have to communicate anything further. (This is the only location that does this.) not nice to judge your loyal customers. Makes my anxiety go through the roof. I don’t think I’ll be visiting this location again.
The joke use to be five bucks... inflation i guess.
The guy who served me today was very amazing and he deserves more then 5 stars.
