Came to this restaurant on western the night before got fresh sandwiches good friendly service, came back the next night different workers terrible attitudes and lettuce wasnt fresh brown edges. Ask could they put fresh lettuce on my sandwich she stated they could not put out any fresh til the old lettuce is used!! Ask for manager nane they said Shonda both employees had attitudes and said a smart remark when i changed my mind and ask for the managers name. Corporate needs to step uppppp

The manager was outside holding food gloves in hand while talking on the phone when I was entering. The atmosphere seemed unhappy. I was greeted without a smile but I still spoke with a smile. The young man who took my 2 orders was nice. I paid for a 6" tuna for me and 6" Italian BMT meal for my coworker. I left got to work and an hour later when my coworker opened her sandwich she was missing her lettuce. She had to go next door to buy some because we work 25 minutes away from this Subway. I took a picture of her sub and I've got my receipt. I tried to call them 3 times and nobody answered but mind you I said in the beginning the manager was on the phone when I got there. So I decided to write this review because it's not the first time they've messed up something I've ordered. Subway needs to correct this.

Order two subs through the App. The subs were inedible. There was so much mayo on the Italian that the veggies were swimming in it. The chicken had no chicken on it. It was all lettuce, tomato, an onion. I tried calling for a refund and there wad no manager available.

Horrible horrible... just remodeled and there were flies everywhere. Floor had standing water everywhere. No sign saying wet floor either.. but the real problem is the people that this Subway keeps hiring. Some of the nastiest attitudes every single time I go to this location. Today was the breaking point for me. I will go to the one located in Walmart if I ever decide to get subway again.Stop hiring these people with no customer service and they literally hate their job. Do better interviews and yall need to start calling pervious jobs and the references. Smh

Usually I have a good experience when I come here but this time the women that waited on me ( which is usually pleasant) had a nasty attitude I don't understand why I was very pleasant up til the end I don't know where the nice manager lady was but someone needs to go over customer service skills with her again.
