I would avoid this place. First thing is they claim they don't accept the app all of a sudden. Second the food is terrible and always wrong. Third the staff during dinner time has an attitude problem big time. Just go somewhere else and save yourself some money and hassle.
The food is horrible, I struggled to get what I ordered, the food tasted old, fries were soggy, I ordered the Baconator combo meal which the sandwich was supposed to have 6 slices of bacon which is advertised on their screen board, mine only had two, the only thing that was good with my combo was the sweet tea. It tasted fresh.
The service is slow. The bathrooms are dirty and small and the food takes forever to get and is cold… Also after waiting 10 mins for my food my fries were old and squishy….
The people who wait on you when you go inside are not fell friendly!
Awesome 👌
Got our order wrong. We asked for a root beer with NO ice and got ice in it and kindly informed them it was supposed to be no ice. Then the worker handed the drink back after scooping some ice (but not all) out of the drink. We again informed her that we wanted NO ice and her and her coworkers proceeded to give us a stink eye until we drove away. LEARN HOW TO DO YOUR JOB OR DON’T WORK AT ALL.
Staff acted like we were bothering them. Handed drinks without any communication for which one was which, we ordered 3 different breakfast meals. Tortillas were hard, sausage was crispy. We were the only car in the drive thru but they had us pull away from the window to wait. Don't go here!!!!
So I just went right now through the drive thru and the guy on the mic was rude and rushing me to give my order. Then when I went to the window they barely had any refreshments (they didn’t have coke, dr.pepper, etc). I got a taco salad and the salsa, tortilla chips and crackers were all expired! The oldest thing was the tortilla chips and it expired in September! Then the chili was so watery and weird looking, never going back! Oh and also two of the workers when I was being given my order were arguing and yelling “NO-UH DONT TALK TO ME!” It was honestly very unprofessional and ghetto. 😟
I ordered 3 buggy bags and 1 nugget, I didn’t get my nugget, my sprite tasted like chemicals, they made the burgers COMPLETELY, wrong please read the orders more carefully!!!

So decided to give this wendys 3 chances. They are on my way home from work so if I'm too tired too cook I get off at this exit due to the plethora of restaurants. But I love me some wendys so I usually will go there. I gave this place 3 chances. Maybe it was a bad day or time well it seems like everytime is a bad day or bad time. This usually starts with 3-5 minutes sitting at the speaker without being greeted. I don't mind a "hey I'm a bit busy give me a moment" but just nothing at all. Then I finally order and they seem to want to just get it over with. I'll try to say can I get a number 10 and before I can say anything about combo or modifications I'll be cut off by "is that it" "is that it" then I'll try to say a large combo with a spicy patty and a cherry sprite etc and after every thing I say "is that it" I'll finally get through my order and they have said "is that it" 5 or 6 times. Then I wait another 5-8 minutes to pay and sit and wait another 2-5 minutes for my food. Then I finally get it and the sandwich has tomatoe which I'm allergic too. They must not has heard since they were to busy saying "is that it" and the fries are usually bland and hard. I'll drive out of my way to get wendys from the one in williamston from now on. Or if I don't want to wait at least the cookout down the road is an OK option. First wendys iv experienced that has let me down every single time

COLD BUNS, Gave us a Classic Chicken plain with EVERYTHING on it, also put mustard on the “Son of A Baconator” after saying not to add Mustard, and they also put an entire inch of cheese on one sandwich

Showed up at 10:35 pm on a Tuesday, and the lady answer the drive through screen by saying they weren’t taking any more orders despite two cars ahead of me ordering without issue

As I writing this review… I am in shock that I have been in line for 35 minutes and haven’t even made it to the speaker to order yet… I have never in my life experienced a slow Wendy’s as this one… I have a 45 minute lunch and Wendy’s being 10 minutes from my job, I will now be late going back in. Fast food isn’t fast anymore. Customer service isn’t the same. & the fact that I could potentially be pointed at work because I actually waited in line… Wendy’s ought to be ashamed of themselves as an organization.
Update: FRIES COLD! Ice COLD! If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT!

The service line is oddly configured. the cashier seems to hate their job and not welcoming to customers. They had plenty of workers, but it seemed like no one knew their job task. They took forever for a combo. Wendy's around the area are about the same.
