I ordered my food at there dumb level which was a number 8 she named several other numbers and what they were and still tried to give me something different. The restaurant was locked at 9:36am . The woman talking to me couldn't enunciate appreciate or the word ask .

Went in with my family to get food and one of the employees walk in behind us and smelled like weed really bad. The food was under cooked and the service was just bad.

Went here on 10/22/25 and the service was less than professional or acceptable as the male employee taking drive thru orders that night appeared to be high as there was a strong odor of marijuana coming from him and the window. He couldn’t get the order right upon taking it at the drive thru, he didn’t understand what we were saying so there was trouble there. And once receiving our order, he was confused and dazed and didn’t hand us straws or the additional drink we ordered. He kept asking if everything was alright as if he was paranoid he didn’t get it right, or messed something up. When we asked for our additional drink, he gave us another tea and not the soda we were missing. When we stated we’re missing a drink he kept asking huh, we had to keep repeating what we were missing. The employee behind him was watching him and trying to understand what was going on. He then says, “I didn’t hear nothing about you ordering no frosty”, was said again, no, we’re missing a drink not a frosty, we didn’t say frosty, we said a drink. We ordered 4, not 3”. He than gave us the drink which ended up being incorrect. At that point we just accepted the lost of what we actually ordered.

Stopped through this morning on my way to an engagement. Pulled in drive thru no customers in front of me or behind me. Only ordered 1 breakfast burrito sandwich. Proceed to the second window to make my purchase. Lady at the after she received my payment asked me to park at the door and she would bring my food out. Almost 10 mins later no food. I reversed back to the window and asked for a refund. When I looked in the window staff standing around doing nothing! Will not visit this location again. The manager had no issue giving me a refund, but it appears the staffing is performing to her expectations! 0 customer care and timeliness!!

Someone brought me an Asiago crispy chicken sandwich, fries, sweet tea, and a pull-apart dessert. Not my usual go-to, but it's the thought that counts, right? Well, I was extremely disappointed. The chicken was dry and hard, the cheese wasn't fully melted, but had a hard, plastic like texture (not real cheese imho), bacon was not crispy, a dot of sauce, and a tiny tomato slice (the bun was 4 times the size, at least). I know y'all like sweet tea, but DAMN! Can't taste the tea through the sugar water. Fries were ok, I guess. The dessert....stale, hard, dry, and old tasting from the small bite I tried. Frozen monkey bread from Food Lion is 150% better. Come on Wendy's! Where has your quality gone in the last year or so? I hate they've wasted their money at this location!

1 year ago this was me and my family of 7 favorite fastfood restaurant in Tarboro! Now I will not order anything from this restaurant! Their is alway something missing or made wrong. Yes they refix it ( after I had to return to the restaurant) but they should not be getting the order wrong so many times and the breakast is the worst! After you wait for your order to be made and when you finally get it, the food is not hot!
