I went through Wendy’s drive thru last night and actually did not feel I was a burden to the young lady( Alicia), which took my order. She had a fun and pleasant personality which made me feel good after a long day at work and she got my order right! So thank you Alicia for letting me know that there is still good customer service in this world!! She needs a raise. You should definitely try and keep her as an employee!
My food at Wendy's is normally ygood all the time. My issue is that I normally have to make sure I have nothing to do for at least 30mins. It's always so SLOWWWWW. It's ridiculous
I went thru the drive thru after picking up my gorgeous pekingese pups. I ordered the #2 son of the baconnator medium (can’t get it in small, I tried). The lady on the speaker and at the window (same woman) was extremely rude. I ordered a diet Dr Pepper with my meal and she says “you ordered a regular one” as she snatched it to redo it. Fries were old and cold the baconnator was great!
