I love the options this place offers. The sandwiches and fries are always good. The service however...... Let's just say, don't be in a rush. This is my 3rd time at this particular shop, and if the gentleman preparing our lunch could have moved any slower, he would have been traveling backwards through time. Sadly, I am not exaggerating. The service isn't just a little slow I mean like S L O W. Each time, there has been no one else there, and 3 people working. And it still takes 10-15 minutes to get our 2 sandwiches... The most difficult part is you WATCH them make it.... one..... item...... at...... a ....... Time. Painstakingly slow, but yummy..... Which is why I keep going back. As long as I'm not in a hurry.

Shaff are kind & considerate. Space is clean, food is fresh & fries are hot. I spilled my milkshake just outside the store (was totally my fault) & cleaned up my mess. They replaced it after I came back inside with milkshake on my dress & a trash bag full of milky wipes, paper towels & my cup. Kindness without shaming me.... Very touching. Speaks volumes to the hearts & work ethic of this crew. I will be back for more food and smiles.

First time checking this place out. Staff were ok, but not fantastic. Food was so-so. I did like ordering system. Probably will not go back.

First time to a WW and will not be back. Was surprised to see a black bean patty on the menu and was surprised again when I bit into it. Didn’t know a black bean patty could be that bad. My partner had the Italian beef and said the meat was pretty gross. Staff were nice enough but overall feels like a waste of $20.

Stopped by for dinner and decided to try the "Signature Sandwich" the Wicked. The service was great and the staff answered all my questions regarding the Sandwich process and made recommendations as well. I got the Regular Wicked which was just under $10, the Regular size sub Sandwich is 7.5 inches which was a nice portion and there was no skimping on the toppings or meats which I loved. You create your own sandwiches by filling out your designated "bag, my Sandwich was fixed correctly just as ordered. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that there were alot of fatty pieces in the bacon that may be better with a tad bit better quality meat choices, but I had a great experience and I'll definitely visit them again!

Staff was very rude to us we got there at 7:15 pm and ordered our food it was done at 7:25 pm we were asked if this was take out we were told that we close at 8. I wan we literally have 40 minutes to eat , The sub that was made was a ham sub with extra mayo and deli mustard the mustard was every

It took 20 minutes for them to make our 3 sandwiches. No one else was ordering and the 3 employees spent more time talking then making the sandwiches.

First time being to a which wich, sandwich tasted pretty good, just took a long time for them to make it.

Can I just say, STEAK and cheese should NOT be made of Roast beef...I get it they both are beef, but they gave me a warmed over cooked roast beef & cheese called it a cheesesteak...Ugh NEVER again Before u even ask,I did ask the lady was that the way its supposed to be. She said yes they are the same meat. I then said well it's supposed to be a different cut? She replied with the WORST response, I DONT KNOBS WHY, I JUST WORK HERE & DO AS I AM TOLD...I was then just holding up the line...So
