Food was alright. Nothing to dream about. The yams was the best thing I've tasted from their menu. Cabbage was mushy. Greens wasn't that great. Wingettes fried tiloo hard, they are already tiny. Wouldn't last in Texas.. I might go back. Pictures are deceiving..

Don't be scared. Yes, the YumYum shop is hidden in the back of a club. During the day, when the club is closed, the shop serves up A+ country cooking, with plenty of space for seating at the club tables. The staff are all super friendly, and explain the menu and options for anyone who may be visiting for the first time, like we were. I had the ribs, with collards and cabbage. My wife got the fried pork chops, with Mac and cheese, and mashed potatoes with gravy. The ribs were very good. The sauce was a little sweet for my personal preference, but otherwise they were great. The collards were good, the cabbage was AMAZING. My wife really enjoyed her pork chops. Be aware that this is not fast food, so you may have to wait a few minutes for your plates, but it's worth it. :)

Overall food was delicious. I ordered the Turkey Barbeque. I just wish that the yams and string beans were served in bigger portions for $12. In spite of, wanting more for my money, I would definitely patronize this business again.

I ordered the three piece fish plate and it was fried to perfection. I had the baked mac and cheese and collards. Everything was amazing. I will definitely go back. Don't sit down on this place, you are missing a treat!!!
