Foods good but this stores poorly managed, takes forever to get food even if your the only customer there. Took 25min to get 2 combos. Wouldve been alot faster if the employees werent talking about how one of their cousins was in the new ronald reagan movie.

Paid almost 20 bucks for two items to be messed up, and my fries to be missing. Not going back.
I’m not the one to leave negative reviews but I’ve given this place multiple chances but tonight is the last night I will eat here. I’d drive an hour to a different Arby’s before I eat at this one again. Theirs a 50/50 chance that something on my order will be wrong. There’s no cars in the parking lot but yet I wait almost 15-20 minutes every time we decide to go there.

We went through the drive thru. No cars in line or parked. Was asked to wait for a second, no problem. We ordered our food, 2 Greek Gyros, 2 Sliders, 2 Small curly fries, 2 shakes and a sweet tea. Total $32, not a problem. Pulled up to the window and paid. The young girl handed me our shakes and a water, corrected her it was a sweet tea. NO STRAWS, mind you it's 105 outside today. Waited for about 4 minutes, not a problem, the girl came to the window and asked "would you take crinkle fries instead, if not it will be a wait on curly fries. Problem! I ordered curly so I nicely said we will wait. She got upset cause she had to drop some curly fries and cook them!! Waited 7 more minutes, 11 minutes total for 2 melted shakes , watered tea cold sandwiches and one hot Small curly fry. Problem!! And still never got straws. This Arby's used to be really good. It has gone downhill in the past couple months. You guys need to get it together. If you don't like your job, don't work there. We used to go there at least once a week. We won't be back.

Unfortunately, one of the worst Arby's I've been to. My fries were stale so bad that they were literally hard and I couldn't eat them. My chocolate shake didn't really have any chocolate and when I asked the lady in the drive thru window for Arby sauce she practically rolled her eyes at me. Not the best experience Unfortunately. ?
