Ordered online, picked up. The “wraps” are flat bread and not wraps so you get open ended tubes, ordered extra cheddar cheese and extra aioli sauce, got none. Steak dry as hell. This place NEVER gets it right, especially online orders. I can not imagine a more simpler job to have than making a sandwich yet they screw it up! Good luck in the real world.

Awesome new employee Ronnie who cares about his job! Wonderful attitude and the food was neat and made perfectly. Having had some major bad experiences in the past, it is so nice that Subway has finally improved its standards and hired some decent employees.

Restaurant is amazing, but the police use this area to charge soccer moms and seeet old ladies with expired tags, and going 31 in their speed trap...so sad when they are absolutely failing at keeping heroin, theft, and violence out of our once beautiful town.. I would urge the cops to stop disrupting commerce in the area, and leave legal us citizens who aren't bothering anyone alone... focus on the drug dealers, crackheads, cars racing on our streets, and all the dangerous unidentified felons . They actually have cameras that scan your license plate here....that data is shared with the feds. Every single car that drive past here.... tyranny

Sorry service. No one has a clue what is going on or how to operate a business. Ordered online at 6:10 supposed to be ready at 6:23 arrive at 6:25. They start a order ahead of me as I walk in with 6-7 subs. Completely ignored my order.

I needed to place an order for several platters. I could not have asked for a better group to work with. The lady that took my order via the phone was so nice and accommodating. I will definitely come back in the future.
I hate to say it was a bad experience but it was. I watched one employee take bacon off of a sandwich that another employee prepared and put the bacon back into the Container after it touched other meat and vegetable products. I've never once seen anyone in this place change their gloves. No matter how many sandwiches are made in front of me these people never change their gloves no matter what they touch. We've gone there four days in a row for lunch because we were working on a house close by. Each day got progressively worse. I won't eat there again if I'm working on the house next door for a year.

Not what I ordered. Asked for no green peppers , but got them anyway. Asked for banana peppers & got none. No cheese. Pizza didn't have pepperoni.

Nothing like my husband getting me a salad and coming home to open the box and seeing that the worker put mayo all over it instead of ranch. Not surprised though, every time I go in there I either get zero friendliness, or they can't seem to understand simple instructions. Funny though, they'll be quick to grab them cell phones but can't give customer service the same energy.
