Outstanding Pulled Pork, Brunswick Stew, and Hush Puppies. The best I've had off I-85, I-77, and I-40 between Charlotte, Statesville, and Durham. I have tried over 20+ establishments.
Super friendly staff… I ordered the 3 meat platter, brisket & pork ribs x2..
Ribs tasted like they were boiled, not an ounce of seasoning or flavor!!!!!! Brisket was ok a best.. greens had no flavor and the pinto beans same thing!!!! Highly disappointed!!!!

Sweet baby Jesus, their bbq is good! I had the bbq beef plate and my husband had the pork. The coleslaw, greens, and potato salad were excellent. We will remember this place for our next trip down 85.
