This is a nice clean Arby's right off I-77 near Troutman, NC. The flow of their parking lot is a tad odd cause of bring tucked in so close to the interstate like they are, but it is manageable. Food is good and people there are good to deal with.

Not much to share. I went inside instead of the drive thru, and it was clean and well lit indoors. The food took a bit longer, but I'm fine with that if they preparing it fresh. My only complaint was the bacon on my burger. It didn't come with the burger, so I'm guessing that was they way of saying sorry for the wait. It wasn't much and I took off the pieces and the sandwiche was delicious. It's Arby's, and they do have the meats ?

I was stuck in a situation in the men's bathroom. I called the store from my phone and they sent a male employee like I asked. He was so helpful and trustworthy. The interaction left me hopeful, and when I left no one seemed to know what happened....aside from that gentleman whom went to my car for me to get a towel for me to wear as I got back to my car. Much respect!

Everytime I've went there lately it's been awful, it's all kids that clearly don't care about anything they're doing. ? I loved Arby's before I moved here, everytime I go they forget something on top of the food already being obviously stale or sat tooo long. Nothing is ever fresh, last time they forgot my ranch with my chicken even after asking what sauce I want ? so I went inside to get some just to stand at the front register while there were 6 employees working one at the drive thru on her phone( the one who didn't give me ranch) and a girl RIGHT in front of me and another customer waiting... at the fryer WATCHING TIKTOKS she even looked at us and went back to her phone like whaaaat??? Then the rest were just in the kitchen cutting up laughing and playing while we waited more! FINALLY a rude young lady came to give me some ranch thank god bc the fries were old and the chicken tenders seemed old too by then ? they needed ranch!!! Do better fr

Went for the potato cakes that are back for a limited time. They were horrible. They tasted like they had been cooked and then reheated a second time. Very disappointing
