This is the best pizza salad and service is great ! Everyone needs to visit

Tonight my wife and I went out for a simple pizza. We ordered a "Margherita", I had ming "stock", my wife wanted some pepperoni. The crunchy character, the chewiness, the flavor and the aroma was unlike any pizza I have had, worldwide. I have lived and worked in Italy. Unique and fun.

Dear Alfred Rucker, the timestamp the order was placed is 4:17 PM, not 4:46. The order was timed to be ready 20-25 minutes after the call had ended. The order was picked up at 5:03, roughly 30 minutes longer than the original wait time. Not including the 10-minute drive home you had. The OWNER, Shelly, would not issue the refund as the company was not at fault, and it was your timing. Purchased chess bread, peperoni pizza and cinnamon sticks. At 446 I placed order and was told it would take 25 to 30 minutes. Items were picked up at 503. Approximately a ten minute drive home. Upon opening items didn't seem fresh bases on look and hardness. Establishment was contacted and complaint was given. Individual that answered phone stated complaint was told to manager and manager stated items were freshly made. It was complaint was restated and manager stated to such it up and order would not be remade nor a refund. Items were still as purchased $31 wasted and lesson learned about this Establishment and or manager Shelly.

I used to eat here while I was a working resident of Troutman some 10 years ago.
So apparently the ownership has changed hands since then. Salad bar is still very fresh. But not so much for the pizza. It tasted ok but there were only 2 choices of pizza. I ordered a veggie pizza with sausage. That was great because it was hot and fresh. Its my thought that a real pizza buffet needs more content. A few more topping choices would help tremendously.

the buffet was very limited, only having salad bar, tacos, and 3 pizzas. the staff were very friendly but I did not enjoy the food. I feel like the price should be lower because you shouldnt need to pay so much for 2 types of pizza. i wish there was a bigger selection of food. i did enjoy the salad bar and would go back and only get that in the future

The food is limited, and they have removed a lot of the buffet. They no longer do the buffet wings, and the buffet DOES NOT have custom pizzas that you can order; you can only have what they put out on THEIR choice.
It is ridiculously overpriced for the subpar quality of pizza they provide. The salad bar is also ill-maintained; half of the options I put on my salad were stale or rotten. The croutons, for instance, were soft and had visible mold on them. The pizza bar is awful: the pizza is very greasy, and they do not seem to provide any alternate pizzas from what THEY decide to put out. We asked for a chicken pizza, as we are pollotarians, and we were denied that AND custom pizzas. The Mac and cheese they have is also oily, tasteless, and greasy. There was nothing for us to eat here.
I entered the restaurant hungry, and I left hungry.
If you value your money, time, or sanity: do NOT come here.

I came with friends and the food was fine I guess, but they would not put out a pizza they have that meets my friend's dietary restrictions.

The "full buffet" does not include wings, so it should just say pizza+salad bar. The Mac and cheese is oily, the pizza was just kinda okay, servers were friendly, but it didn't help that my friend payed $10-20 and couldn't eat anything because "the chicken is too expensive."

Dietary restrictions: They have dietary restrictive options, however they will not put it on the buffet bar.

Food is fine, but it's overpriced. They used to include chicken wings with the whole buffet, but not anymore. The pizza selection is severely restricted too, we were told that chicken can't be put on a pizza. Menu is misleading, does not describe what "whole buffet" means; like, that *sounds* like wings are included.

I don’t usually write reviews, but this one was 100% necessary. We came to troutman to see if we wanted to move to the area and decided to eat at this cute local restaurant. Let me just say… I was BLOWN AWAY by this place!!

For context, we have a 2 & 4 year old that were cooped up in a car traveling the past few days, so they weren’t the calmest they’ve ever been.

The owner went above and beyond to help us and make us feel welcome!!! The atmosphere was family friendly and the food was DELICIOUS!!! (we ordered pizza for us and chicken and French fries for our kids)

10/10 would recommend this place to anyone looking for some good local food! If we end up moving here, this will easily become a routine family dining place for us!
