This is the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. They had me waiting for 10 minutes. The biscuit is old. The fries are old. The chicken look old is so disgusting and a waste of money.

These people have no work ethics! They don't listen when you order and they are always inside dancing and goofing off. Every time we've gone here our order got messed up and then they charged me for what they didn't put on my order bc they weren't paying attention!!! This place needs new and improved employees!!!!! And then when I ask for my receipt they always ignore me. I'm not rude what so ever until they say you didn't order that when I know I did!!! Not worth the money in my eyes if I gotta pull tooth and nail to get the food I ordered!

I’m sorry I’m not a fan. I think Kentucky fried chicken is way better. The breading that’s deep-fried on it is tasteless and gross. I don’t even have any pictures to show because it’s that gross. people down south don’t know good chicken.
Let’s start with the mobile app, it’s almost like a toddler created the app for them. Not easy to navigate, very unorganized, doesn’t give you any customization options, I couldn’t even order a plain biscuit. If I could give the customer service in the restaurant a 0 I would. Had a bad experience over a year ago at this location and haven’t went back to a bojangles since. However today my daughter was having a rough day and just really wanted their biscuits. Went and ordered three meals which was $30 I asked for two honey mustard sauces & was told no sauce comes with any of the meals we will have to pay 50 cents per sauce. Kind of crazy my $10 breakfast meal doesn’t come with the 2oz of sauce. So I decided I would use sauce at home. They practically shoved my bag into my hand and sent me on my way without a word. I stopped to check my bag (there was only one other car in the drive through) realized I didn’t have the fries I ordered go figure. I drove back around to the window and kindly said “I didn’t receive the fries for my order and held up my receipt in case they wanted to check “ all three women working one being the manger looked at me like I was crazy or as if I was trying to steal from them. None of them spoke a word the two at the window literally looked at me and laughed and walked away talking crap about me and the manager went and grabbed the fries and handed them out to me with a nasty look on her face like she couldn’t be more bothered by me. I am astonished the way people are allowed to act in their place of business and will not return here ever again. Disappointed is an understatement for the example they set for my 8 year old in the passenger seat and for the way we treat people in our day to day life.
