Took my three teenagers who were dying for Bojangles. It was late so we had to order from the late night limited menu. We ordered three of the tender meals and a large fry. When I pulled up to the wi dow to pay, the drive thru cashier said they were out of tenders... we'd have to wait for more to be made. Cool no problem, my boys had their hearts set on this. I pulled forward then had to wait for TWENTY MINUTES. When we finally got out ordered, none of the meal boxes had a biscuit, the fries had no seasoning and my large fry was missing entirely. At this point it was almost 11. I couldn't get anyone to come to the window so we left. When I went back the next day I was told nothing could be done because I didn't have a receipt. I tried to explain i wasnt given one but that didnt matter.. Worst customer service ever!!!

My husband and I went through drive through and went inside We had spoke to the sweet lady In charge about an incident with our food and she handled it so professionally. Was very kind, and understanding. Great service.

This is the worst Bojangles I have ever been to. They had me waiting for 10 minutes. The biscuit is old. The fries are old. The chicken look old is so disgusting and a waste of money.

This Bojangles is constant issues! Just went again at 8:30 to tell me they have no dark meat at all tonight and only two chicken breasts… NO I bet they are just lazy and don’t want to cook anymore! It’s BOJANGLES!

These people have no work ethics! They don't listen when you order and they are always inside dancing and goofing off. Every time we've gone here our order got messed up and then they charged me for what they didn't put on my order bc they weren't paying attention!!! This place needs new and improved employees!!!!! And then when I ask for my receipt they always ignore me. I'm not rude what so ever until they say you didn't order that when I know I did!!! Not worth the money in my eyes if I gotta pull tooth and nail to get the food I ordered!
