“Let me start by saying that I'm a typical husband and waited until the last moment to get my wife her birthday cake. I called on Friday just a few hours before the shop closed without much faith in being able to get a cake. When I called Karen she asked what type of cake I was looking for. I told her a Strawberry Shortcake style/flavor cake. She said that she could do her version of it only because she had some cake left that day. I picked it up Saturday morning even though she wasn't actually open. We cut the cake today and let me say, it definitely didn't disappoint. It had so much flavor with the strawberry cake and then the cheesecake layer in the middle with sliced strawberries really made it. It was sweet but not too sweet. Anyone looking for a cake , I highly recommend this shop!“

“Hello I wanted to edit this review...the management has reached out to me and assured me that they have trained all staff and have been so kind and understanding! I was given a refund also but the most important to me that others do not experience any sickness from allergies or the like ..again the management was sooo understanding and helpful. Going to be going back and any business willing to make it right is unusal so I appreciated the willingness to teach their staff!!!

I'm very upset right now. I ordered the lite vanilla ice cream and I questioned that it was empty at the usual location. He assured me it was the lite ice cream. I eat the same there always because I have issues with sugar and this time I got violently ill vomiting because it was NOT the lite sugar! There are serious reasons people order low sugar. Besides that he slopped it in a bowl without asking if I wanted anything in it. I can have only berries and when I asked for strawberries he slopped it on the cold stone where previous ice cream had been and didn't clean it up so I had something chocolate in it also... Really the first experience there with this sort of issue.“
