I've been here five times. All five times I've ordered the same thing. The first two times I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich, I got someone else's order, clearly as I did not order catfish the first time, or popcorn shrimp the second time. The third time I actually did get a grilled chicken sandwich, but my side order was wrong. I'm not sure how, because I always order a grilled chicken sandwich and fries with a drink. The fourth time I tried to order just a piece of grilled chicken, I was told that they did not make that even though it's on the menu. I asked for clarification because I'm looking at the menu... But the apathetic young gal helping me said that they didn't really go by the menu. I asked how I should order things if I didn't know what they had, she had to ask someone else if they had a current copy of a menu that I could look at. I asked for the grilled chicken sandwich without a bun and she did not know how to do that so I ended up leaving without ordering anything. The last time I was there was about a week ago, I again tried to order the grilled chicken sandwich with french fries and a drink. The person cashing me out failed to mention that the fountain drink machine was not working, after she handed me a cup. She offered me one of the glass bottles, but they had nothing diet so there wasn't anything I could have other than water or unsweetened tea. That would have been super helpful to know before I finalized my order. Unfortunately I had already included a tip in the order when I cashed out, I would very much have liked to reverse that because she did not offer good customer service. Needless to say, after five screw-ups, I will not be back. The ambiance is great, the food is decent but not spectacular but double check your order! Kats patch across the way is much less expensive, the customer service is considerably better, and the food is much better (they have absolutely no problem happily providing a grilled chicken anything for me upon request!).

Ordered shrimp and catfish to go catfish was really good service was fast but the Calabash shrimp had a real bad ammonia taste and smell like it had gone bad My son had gotten sick off of the shrimp that he had ate and when I brought back what was left to the store The manager said there wasn't nothing they could do and that the shrimp was going to taste that way either way if they gave me more or not refuse to replace it with anything else also refuse to give me any type of refund and acted like they did not care if they made anybody else sick people need to check their shrimp before they eat it it was very disgusting and distasteful I will not be going back!!!!

I am sorry, food is terrible. I have tried almost everything on the menu as we have good friends that like to go there for fellowship. Staff is not friendly. Last time I was there 2 people at our table complained that malts tasted funny. Next time might just drink water, oh wait...there drink and ice machine doesn't work.

Got the grilled fish combo. It was very good. The green beans were excellent.
The ladies at the register were very friendly and bubbly. As being a first time visit the food was absolutely amazing! It was hot and made fresh to order. Love it! The restaurant was very clean and stocked with supplies. Absolutely loved this place and will definitely be back next time!

Very disappointed. Ordered the Baby Flounder and when I got back to the jobsite to eat it I found out how over-cooked it was. The coating was a dark brown, and extremely hard. Very little of the flounder was edible. Also you could tell that the cooking oil needed to be change.
On the upside, the servers were very nice.

The food is excellent every time! I usually go through the drive-thru, and even though the wait (usually 20 plus minutes) can be long, it’s always worth it. The staff is friendly, and the quality never disappoints. I keep coming back!

we ordered in the drive thru and they told us where to park to wait for our meal and then I went in after sitting in the car for 35 mins and they said they didn't see our car
