Ordered one medium pizza at 635pm and it said it would take 23 minutes. After 50 minutes, it showed delivered. Called, and spoke to a very nice woman who explained it was delivered to the wrong house and they were remaking it and refunding me my money. This was acceptable to me as I understand mistakes can be made and they fixed it. Well, fixed it initially as at 8:00 after realizing it wasn’t here I called yet again, this time I was put in touch with someone who either hadn’t slept in 3 days, or smoked on his break and he said he was going to remake it and I replied, for a third time? Is there an issue with my address? He just replied that it was sent to the wrong house, again. So now I’m 2 hours into this debacle and am writing this before I even take a bite as I’m certain I’m either not going to get it or it’s going to taste like shot. Last time I’m ordering from this Dominos.

I am here waiting on my order. Manager language is horrible. Profanity is the spoken language, N word is being used by staff. Manager upfront eating and she doesn't look clean to be working in a restaurant. Restaurant is nasty, my order wasn't ready. Also discussing their dislikes of homosexuals, as well as violating HIPAA, by discussing a co-worker has COVID. Clean cut pizza baker acknowledged me and gave me my order. Please go elsewhere.

I'm guessing when you order a buffalo pizza with extra sauce, they throw the whole bottle on it! Couldn't even eat it, called the store and they say that's how extra comes. Then he ask what do I want him to do about it, like it's my job.

Big disappointment! Toppings were sparse; mushroom pizza had one slice of mushroom per piece; crust was burnt in places. Crust was like cardboard with very little sauce. Would not order pizza again from this location.

Whoever worked in this store on 4/19/24 from 630pm to 730pm should be fired. Check the cameras managers. Made an order on a Friday night and apparently it did not go through. Then had to go and pick it up and wait 30 minutes to be given the incorrect order and then wait another 15 minutes while the employees decided they would rather be loud and scream to each other rather than help anyone. Employees were cussing and telling each other that they wanted to go fight people. There were at least 10 employees in this place taking part in this madness. I ended up just leaving without the food because it was just that ridiculous. never again will I be going back and I’m shocked that this is how grown people act in front of customers.

Two hours without receiving my order!! Called the store and apparently it was delivered to some random addresses which was not in any way similar to my address and left in a chair… that was an hour in. They were remaking the order and it still hadn’t arrived so I just cancelled the order at 8:15. The order had been placed at 5:55 and I live 10 minutes from the store. Really ridiculous and manager didn’t do anything other than confirm he had cancelled my order and hung up.
