Whoever worked in this store on 4/19/24 from 630pm to 730pm should be fired. Check the cameras managers. Made an order on a Friday night and apparently it did not go through. Then had to go and pick it up and wait 30 minutes to be given the incorrect order and then wait another 15 minutes while the employees decided they would rather be loud and scream to each other rather than help anyone. Employees were cussing and telling each other that they wanted to go fight people. There were at least 10 employees in this place taking part in this madness. I ended up just leaving without the food because it was just that ridiculous. never again will I be going back and I’m shocked that this is how grown people act in front of customers.

Two hours without receiving my order!! Called the store and apparently it was delivered to some random addresses which was not in any way similar to my address and left in a chair… that was an hour in. They were remaking the order and it still hadn’t arrived so I just cancelled the order at 8:15. The order had been placed at 5:55 and I live 10 minutes from the store. Really ridiculous and manager didn’t do anything other than confirm he had cancelled my order and hung up.

The workers are so nice and did a great job making my food. I love this place.
This is the third time this happened to us recently….twice this week….that we placed an order at 10:45pm. We got an alert the pizza was in the oven then an email saying they cancelled the order. Your business and delivery is open until 11:00pm. We do not live far from the store. I even tried calling to see if we could pick the order up. They said “no” one night and tonight didnt even bother to pick up the phone and it was before closing. At my job, we serve customers up until the minute we close. I understand you all want to go home but this is not good customer service. I am ordering food for family and friends that are just coming home from work and working long shifts themselves.

I am from a town in Western NC and am visiting my daughter in Troutman. We ordered pizza today 11/21/23 to be delivered. We ordered a medium at 5:19pm. We received a message he was in her neighborhood at 5:43. We both tried calling the store and we kept getting disconnected. We finally received the pizza at 6:09. The delivery driver was Yann. I live in a small town and I would never be satisfied with this lack of service. I guess when you pay in advance, they don’t care about their service.This was a horrible first impression of your store! We work hard for our money and this is the equivalent of stealing.

Ordered pizza through the app last week and after almost 2 hours I finally called. They said they forgot to make it. Still took an additional hour to get the food out.Tried again today. Waited 40 min before calling and this time I was told they were still 30 minutes out. So yeah Im done.

Never delivered the food! Been ordering from here for a long time and never had any issues. Tonight I ordered pizza on the app and after an 1 1/2 it never showed. Called and they said it was on the way and after 30 more minutes still no pizza. Time to look for a new place to order from!
They could have better on Philly steak it was all cheese.

Not so great ?.Small amount of toppings on the pizzas and the stuffed cheese bread didn't have enough cheese in the middle.Also the medium pizzas are not very big

The pizza and service was fairly good. Especially since it was labor day and nothing else was open. I think all of troutman was ordering from them. . I was very impressed with how the employees handled all the stress of everything. All I can say is thank you...

I normally have great service from this location but the past few times it’s gotten worse every time. Tonight we ordered in the app and our order stated it was completed and I waited 20 mins just to make sure it wasn’t pressed by mistake. I called the store and was on hold for 10 mins and he stated the driver had just left the store with our order. Another 25 mins has gone by and still no order. I called and was on hold again for 10 mins. At this point we have been waiting on our order for 2 hours. Finally called and got a refund.

I called in to place an order and had my phone still on after 15 minutes on hold. I walked in with the phone still ringing and immediately I guy came over to take my order and asked how “ how come you can take my order now, yet I’ve been on hold over 15 minutes without so much as a whimper. The guy immediately jumped down my throat yelling at me that he was short handed and he has 27 f’in orders in front of me! Naturally I shot back at him and said why. Could no one just say that on the phone? He said than he wasn’t taking my order and I lost it. Sorry about that but his arrogance and lack of customer service set me off. Never ever going in that store again. From the looks of the reviews I didn’t miss much. Either way that dude needs to go!
