What happened to the rest of my coffee? Once the whipped cream melted off, there was at least a quarter cup of coffee missing!! Never again!

This one should flush the employees down the toilet not to mention they overcharge for everything your not that good to be costing almost 30 for 2 breakfast meals go to ycp in downtown Troutman way better and not rude or nasty to customers

The WORST Dunkin Donuts EVER!! They never fill the cups, they are not consistent with the preparation of their different options. I usually order the Large Iced Macchiato with almond milk. And… of course, they never add the almond milk. You can taste the difference between almond milk and regular milk. My husband and I spent a loooot of money on Dunkin every month. We are coffee lovers 😅. Months ago I was contacted by their district manager, I didn’t even ask for any refund or free coffee, I just shared my very honest feedback just to receive a horrible treatment by him. Please do yourself a favor and go to the other Troutman location (205 N Main St). They really care about making things right for each customer.

5 stars all day for this dunkin. I order from there about 3 times a week and it's everything I expect. I have never had a mistake order or waited more than a minute or two

Everytime I come here around 8 am, I have a great experience. There is a woman who is in her 40s, and she is there every morning. She does a wonderful job and is really sweet. However, anytime I come after 11 am the service is HORRIBLE. I have to wait five minutes for anyone to take my order at the drive through speaker, and then wait another ten minutes for my TWO drinks to come out. Everyone that works here is always so rude and seems miserable. Get your management together

Out of all the Dunkin’s, this one is the absolute worst. Nothings ever right and they’ll argue with you if you call them out on it. Just flush $10 down the toilet. Better way to spend your money.

Took a stop off the exit on my way to Florida last Tuesday and couldn't believe that an employee had a gun off safety while making my sandwich!!!! Not only was the coffee done wrong I couldn't believe how management was addressing the teen employees! horrible experience

Went there to get oatmilk due to dietary restrictions, they said they don't do it in the frozen options( which I've had before from dunkin. Decided to go with a chai with oatmilk and it somehow tasted so bad. Went back the next day to see if it was any better did a mobile order to do oatmilk in the frozen coffee and this drink tasted just as bad. I've had dunkin before I don't know how they are making these drinks taste this horrible.
I’m not sure why this location has so many issues, but clearly the owner of this branch needs to be there, I got major attitude from this lady and the other employees looked terrified to talk. And she denied my coupon for a free donut even tho the only reason I couldn’t use it is because I got more donuts? Seriously, and they have never done French crulers right. So instead of spending 2 bucks on a coffee for free donut, I got 1/2 dozen and paid full price for a coffee I didn’t want really. Pilot has fresher donuts, which is redick!!! So instead of 1.50 off, u get this review. That’s called customer service and de-escalation.

Have only visited a few times and every single time my order was awful. One visit I got two very stale donuts and on a separate visit, rock hard munchkins. I’ve only had a decent (not great) coffee there once, the other times my hot coffee was completely cold and all the other times the coffee didn’t taste right. I stopped going after the second purchased stale donuts. I couldn’t return the donuts right them because I had already hit interstate. This location either needs to shut down or new management.

Everyone there was extremely rude.. I kindly asked for extra French vanilla in my ice coffee and a big deal was made even when trying to pay for the extra shot of French vanilla. Even the manager was extremely unhelpful and unprofessional as well. Over all I had a terrible experience and would never go back.
