It was fine, just a regular Dunkin as expected.
I was a victim of discrimination, racism, and inexplicable wickedness. All we minorities ask is to be respected. Your staff should be trained to respect human beings in general, regardless of their race, skin color, religious beliefs, or accent. What I experienced was so humiliating.
I was so hungry, and I was so happy because I was going to find something to eat, but I left all confused, unhappy, and shocked by the wickedness of the so-called store manager.
I went to the drive-through and ordered four croissants with eggs and cheese and two hot chocolates. I clearly told the girl taking the orders that I wanted four croissants. When I went to pay for my order, she handed me one croissant and two hot chocolates. So I told them that I had ordered four croissants, not one. The girl at the counter turned around and explained the situation to a wicked lady (unfortunately, I don't know her name, otherwise I would have put it here). Let me describe the lady: she has piercings all over her face. She has a large ring in her ear piercing, and her teeth and tongue are dirty. I don't know if it's due to poor hygiene or what, but it was unsightly

This mean lady came over and said she was the store manager. Then, in a nasty way, she told me to park, go into the store, and place my order again before she would give me the rest of my order.
I asked her politely, since I was already in front of her, to add my order to her system and I would come and pick up the order myself in the store. She said NO. That they had other customers to serve.
And suddenly, she closed her window and refused to give me my order, which I had paid for, because I was negotiating with her to add my three remaining croissants so that I could pick them up in the store.
After a few minutes, she reopened the window and handed me my order. Hmm...
I was struggling to get my order because the mean lady made no effort to reach over and give it to me. What's more, she seemed to enjoy watching me struggle to reach the counter. Hmm... I think you have cameras, so you can check this lady's reaction.
I have never felt so humiliated in my entire life as I did yesterday, 11/29/2025. I was with my mother, my grandmother, and my two daughters. They all saw the scene.
We are veiled women with dark skin. I don't think she would have reacted that way with people from her community.
I don't know on what basis you hire store managers, but this nasty manager has no experience in customer service. She knows absolutely nothing about customer service. She has no respect for either the customer or the company she works for. I have over 10 years of experience in customer service and I have never treated my customers this way.
I'm not in the habit of leaving reviews, but this time I had to. Hmm..I will never set foot in your store again.

Just dont order extra Splendas to stock in your purse. I just learned they personally place as much splendas as you request in your drink for you. I ordered delivery and assumed I was going to add my own splenda so I ordered 3. Now my drink is so sweet i cant drink it like this. I will have to mix it now. Sucks hut i still appreciate the service. I was unaware Dunkin does that.

Employees were on there phones while I sat at windows and waited for 10 minutes for one scoop of ice cream and a small drink.

They refuse to put donuts in the back with any care. It looks like they one person tries to throw them across the room while another attempts to catch them in the bag. They're always upside-down and pressed into the bag leaving all the icing caked to the bag which even covered in icing is not am enjoyable thing to eat. Will not be returning to this location again. It has happened on numerous occasions and its just not worth spending money here. I'll drive a little further to any of the other locations.

Waited in line at the drive-through, then they tell me that their card reader is down for me to download the app and add my card. I pulled over to the side followed Instructions.
Went back through the line, ordered and then got up to the window with the app and nobody could tell me how to use it. It was an absolutely terrible experience! The first girl at the window had no idea what to do, then the lady who took my order had a complete attitude when all I was doing was following exact instructions on what she had told me to do. I left with nothing and had to drive 15 min down the rd to another place. Staff is not trained well and have stank attitudes. I recommend never going to this Dunkin’ Donuts.

Service is incredibly slow and the employees are very rude. Add to that the coffees are never made well. Seems like Dunkin needs to do some training of their employees. Don’t recommend this Dunkin’s

I hate leaving low reviews but damn... someone do a wellness check on the people employed here because no way are they normal functioning human beings. They messed up everything and didn't even apologize when we went back and said they got our order wrong. I don't mind if you are rude but don't be rude and bad at your job.

some lady she was on the older side. was really rude and she didn’t wanna fix the coffee bc it was straight dark back coffee even tho i ordered oat milk and syrup in it. and then i asked if she could remake it, she threw a fit and then remade then refuse to give me another lid and straw and said it was a dollar each straw and lid. worst customer service i have came here many times before church and never experienced this. other people in there are really sweet.
