some lady she was on the older side. was really rude and she didn’t wanna fix the coffee bc it was straight dark back coffee even tho i ordered oat milk and syrup in it. and then i asked if she could remake it, she threw a fit and then remade then refuse to give me another lid and straw and said it was a dollar each straw and lid. worst customer service i have came here many times before church and never experienced this. other people in there are really sweet.

THROW THE ENTIRE STAFF THAT WORKED MAY 4th 2025 Morning shift AWAY!!!! We are From Charlotte and traveled to Cleveland for a Wedding . It is four of us and our order was $46 not only was the person taking the order Incredibly unprofessional, After every item that was ordered, the worker would say is that it, is that it? is that it? Once we got to the window, my drink was made completely wrong. So I asked for four extra pumps of caramel and a cup of ice I was then charged a dollar for a cup of ice, which is OK and the server gave me a small cup of caramel after she hands the caramel to me there was a lady in the back working on a drink that yells at me from inside the store and tells me I better pay for the caramel !!!! So at this point, my drink has now cost around $11 which is also not an issue because I genuinely go to Starbucks for professionalism and for my drink to be made properly. The money was NOT A PROBLEM BUT SCREAMING AT ME FROM INSIDE THE STORE LIKE I STOLE CARMEL was!

We just came through the drive thru and were disappointed in the small size of the large hot latte and its bitterness, no napkins in the bag, and no fork for the egg bites.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I attempted to pay with Apple Pay, which I’ve used here before without issue, but the staff refused to accept it. I explained that I wasn’t feeling well and wanted to avoid coming inside to protect others—after all, that’s the purpose of the drive-thru.
When I asked to speak with the manager, she approached the window with an attitude from the start. When I calmly questioned why it was such an issue to pay via the drive-thru, she rudely shut the window in my face and told me to go somewhere else. To make matters worse, when I asked for her name, she refused to provide it and dismissively claimed, “I’m the boss.”
This level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic human decency is unacceptable, especially when a customer is clearly unwell. The refusal to accommodate a simple request and the sheer rudeness displayed by the staff highlight why this location has such poor reviews.
No one should ever be treated this way. I urge management to evaluate the customer service at this location because it’s clear they don’t value their patrons.

This one should flush the employees down the toilet not to mention they overcharge for everything your not that good to be costing almost 30 for 2 breakfast meals go to ycp in downtown Troutman way better and not rude or nasty to customers

The WORST Dunkin Donuts EVER!! They never fill the cups, they are not consistent with the preparation of their different options. I usually order the Large Iced Macchiato with almond milk. And… of course, they never add the almond milk. You can taste the difference between almond milk and regular milk. My husband and I spent a loooot of money on Dunkin every month. We are coffee lovers 😅. Months ago I was contacted by their district manager, I didn’t even ask for any refund or free coffee, I just shared my very honest feedback just to receive a horrible treatment by him. Please do yourself a favor and go to the other Troutman location (205 N Main St). They really care about making things right for each customer.
